Usually when you leave a service provider to join another you would think you part ways amicably because word of mouth can either make or break your clientele. We initiated the service of hi tech 3 years ago for my dad. my dad is now late. Their medical service was great when they arrived because the Govt ambulance did not make it over. Mind you we paid for the service. We were going to continue our relationship with hi tech, but decided to go with our current service provider whom we have for our current home. Whilst Hi tech was very helpful when we were their clients, which I will not deny, but as soon as we signed up with another service provider the conversation that I had with the manager was not on a professional level. I have dealt with clients for over 30 years and I would have never lambasted my client on the phone if they were leaving me. All I heard was how we have got everything for free. I barely got 2 sentences in the whole conversation. Hi tech have removed the radio system but did not release the panel to default so that the next service provider could put in their code. This is where treating customer fairly comes in, because clearly as a service provider you would part ways on a professional level so that you will still get referrals irrespective of the reason your client has left your company instead of throwing a tantrum on the phone with your resigned client.
We have purchased Bennett Read products before. The first a vacuum cleaner which broke and fixed and finally it went up in smoke. I eventually threw it away. The second one is an airfryer, After a year, the product started giving us issues and it was fixed 2x by Game GW. Finally the third time when it went it, they had forgotten about fixing and it passed the 21 day SLA and had to eventually replace the product. Just 3 weeks after the replacement date, the product starts giving us issues. I have appliances at home which are over 10 years old and they are still in good condition. Bennett Read Products deserve a minus rating. Why do Game even house this product I have no idea as it only tarnishes the image of Game as going forward I will not purchase any item from Game or a Bennett Read product and I will also let family and friends and my social media platform know this as well.
I have been an MTN customer for over 15 years and the service is nothing but incompetent and shoddy. I have renewed my contract at the end of July and I am still waiting for my upgrades to go through. Rishad has been the consultant from the Coastlands branch and he has been excellent in keeping me informed but MTN internal processes is something that needs to be looked at in serious light. I cannot imagine why it takes so long to upgrade my contracts. I have 4 contracts in place with MTN. In order to get these upgraded is proving to be a nightmare. Are there no management intervention in terms of SLA (Service Level Agreement) that should be in place when the contracts are not renewed timeously. Aside from the consultant keeping me informed with his struggles, I had not calls from management on what they propose to do and how they are going to assist further. I would appreciate a call from the Management at Coastlands Branch, Durban giving me reasons why it is a struggle to upgrade 4 contracts to data contracts. Regards Sivi Moodley

Recently I noticed that MTN has taken away the Rush hour from their users without any explanation to their clientele. I have noticed since Friday last week I was not able to use the MTN Rush Hour. Sadly, disappointed with MTN on all aspects after being with MTN with almost 17 years or so. This leaves me to search for options with other product providers.

No matter what the odds are, you guys are able to move mountains to keep client retention. your service and customer care is awesome.
