I have a tecno 40 it keeps unlocking it's self when my kids us it. I have a face and finger print recognition but still it unlocks it self

Bad service
Why must it be a back and forth filling in documents with tymebank. I had requested my uif documents to be filled and the agent says she doesn't work how long it will take, as the are many people requesting documents to be filled so I need to wait in queue. And they put you on hold after you called them using your airtime

Bad service
I only have the same issue at spurs maponya this one lady who never attendeds her tables. I ordered multiple meals, she only have me one meal and went about her day. I called her multiple times. I experienced the same issue with her recently. I ordered and requested a drink as I wait for the food and she just disappeared hasto ask her colleagues where she was and another lady assisted me.

I recently lost my phone and have been struggling to get my device blacklisted. I was promised that an ITC will be sent within 5 hour. The agents do not leave notes. They are so rude. A lady called boitumelo refused to put the manager on the phone. Why allow pre ricad Sims to be sold yet me can register them in our names I lost a number I have using for years bcs they can't change its details to mine.

I liked tymbank a lot, but now off late. Their customer service agents do not have a sense of agency since we are using our air time to call the call centre. You will wait at that time you are running out of airtime. Before you will get connected immediately. I used to recommend it but not anymore

Delivery time
I ordered a laptop and received an email that the delivery TAT is 45 days. Why not would you wait that long to get a laptop. You want your money immediately yet I have to wait that long for the laptop. That is so unreasonable.

I bought headsets online, and the headsets are not working reported the issue the same day. I needed them to work.
