I am very disappointed with my recent Woolies Dash experience. According to the app, my order was marked as “delivered”, but I never received it. This meant I had to place a new order and pay again for items that were never delivered. It’s frustrating that there’s no clear resolution immediately, and it makes the service feel unreliable. I hope Woolies Dash improves delivery tracking and customer support so that customers don’t have to go through this situation.I want my refund

I am still waiting for a refund of **R105.99** and **R99.99** that has not yet been processed. It has now been over two weeks since the original request, and I have yet to receive the amounts or any clear communication regarding the delay.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this loan company. I paid off the agreed amount of R1400, R1000, and R4447, which should have cleared my balance. However, I am still being told that I owe an additional R515. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone calls, I have received no response or clarification regarding the discrepancy. This lack of communication and transparency is incredibly frustrating. I’ve met my payment obligations, but the company’s failure to address the issue is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. If you're looking for reliable customer service and clear billing practices, look elsewhere.
