Beware. This is a phishing ****. Hareesja contacted me and the way she speaks it sounds like they are officially with Vodacom and are doing me a favour by adapting my contract to save me money for the next 6 months. Yet they are very *********! They are trying to get you over to using their value added services which will end up costing you more. Where did they get my contact details??? Stay away please!
In the words of Tina Turner: "You're simply the best!" I have been using Lekkeslaap for more than 10 years now and have always been extremely satisfied with their services. The website is very user friendly and gives you a detailed view of what to expect at each accommodation. The personal attention to me as client makes me feel special, always responding to communication extremely fast. I recommend Lekkeslaap to anyone trying to book accommodation in South Africa.
I am not even a client but the rude marketing calls ibetbeen receiving the last few days from them is shocking. I don't know where they got.my details but when I politely tell them I am not interested the response is unacceptable.....
This is a follow up review. They addressed my previous grievances and I am satisfied with the outcome. I really think Pace Car rental has a lot of potential and their support / response on enquiries is great. Our experience with the Port Elizabeth branch could've been better, but if they can address those final issues to make the customer experience better, I think they can do great and I wish them all the best. I will use them again next time to see if the final experience has improved.
We have had such a mixed experience with Pace Car Rentals. Taryn was excellent in helping us organize car rental in Port Elizabeth and answered all our question quickly. On the day when we had to pick up the car as arranged, there was no-one in sight from Pace. We had arranged with them to get us at the airport, yet to no avail. After phoning around and being sent to and fro between offices we were eventually helped, but i caused us to be late for our first appointment at the SA Swimming Competition. The remote/immobilizer of the car also didn't work. Can't they just test it beforehand??? We paid with a debit card, including a R4000 refundable deposit. But now, 2 weeks and many emails later, we have not yet received our deposit back. I've sent the required documents and since then have received no further communication - even when contacting them they don't respond.... So what now??? I expect you to reimburse me ASAP. What type of business are they running?
The Online Shop is completely broken (in Chrome atleast??) I have ordered some items and can't choose a delivery method - website just doesn't go further, as if nothing happens whatever option I click. Upon Submitting a query on the "Contact Us" page, the SUBMIT button doesn't activate after filling everything in and clicking on "I'm not a robot". Upon phoning all available numbers on the website, no one answers. It goes through and I've been on the line for 20 minutes. No one answers. No one wants to help. Your whole system is broken. How can you still be in business???
Got a call 2 March 2022 from a "Jacques". First of all they are ignoring the CPA and POPI act. When I confront them about it they become very rude. Beware of this company - warning lights everywhere!!!
I am so fed up on trying to use my Prokard with Protea Hotels. Every time I try to use one of my vouchers it doesn't work - but there are rooms available if I browse from another device. What gives??? Why buy a Prokard if I can NEVER use it??? There voucher sharing services are also totally useless! I have contacted support and they take really long to assist. One of the Prokard Explorer Consultant, Megan, really tried her best to assist me but I think the system makes it almost impossible. I will not be renewing my Prokard until they can better their system. It is a total waste of money!
I am disgusted by Virseker's pathetic service. I contacted them more than a week ago to remove a vehicle from my insurance which I had sold before the end of October, yet they did not remove it. I am convinced they are merely in it for the money since them refusing to remove it caused me to pay almost R700 more than I should have.... This is unacceptable. They use language as a marketing plot but their service is terrible.
I have submitted complaints twice now after applying for private vehicle finance last week. The only way they answer any queries is when you leave complaints. They do not respond nor do they worry about you as the customer. Customer service seems to mean NOTHING to Wesbank. I would've thought in these difficult financial times they would've been happy to have my business. Yet NO ANSWER from them after countless emails - even though my finance HAS BEEN APPROVED. Oh, and the interest rate is also not good. Don't expect special or personalised treatment. Honsetly, don't use Wesbank. Use ABSA, or any other service! Borrow money from a rich uncle or something. That might go better... Come on guys! Please contact me. Rectify the situation. Fire those who aren't doing their jobs - many other South African's are eager to fill those positions with much more competence and enthusiasm.
