Carol, Sam and team are absolutely wonderful. They always go out of their way to assist with any issues I have. They recently sorted out my Google Bussiness and was able to get my business verified fter numerous failed attempts by me. I would highly rcommend them.

My car was hit from behind and within minutes I received a call from Nthabeleng to find out if I was OK and needed any assistance. I recently moved my cel contract from my pvt acc to my business acc. I have been a client for more than 20 years and have had a vodamail acc since I can remember. VODACOM / VODAMAIL decided to de-activate my account and now all my emails that I have saved over the last 20 years is missing, Gone and apparantly cannot be retrieved again. HOW DO THEY JUST DE-ACTIVATE AN ACCOUNT. Gilchrist, Marianne from Vodacom seems to think sending me the T&C's are a solution. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT CLIENTS. How can you offer your clients an email acc and then just not have any kind of backup when YOU decide to de-activate the account without permission or some kind of written notice that he account be de-activated. I never cancelled my contract, I just moved it to a different name.. HOW DO I RETRIEVE 20 YEARS WORTH OF SAVED EMAILS
I purchased a Fellows Powershredder on Takealot.com and was under the impression I was purchasing a decent shredder that has a 2 year full warranty plus 3 years on the shredder as per the fine print under the description on the takealot website. Low and behold now that the shredder is not working, Takealot is telling me that it has a 6 month limited warranty.I would really like to understand what the 2 year full warranty is about that they have under the description, which is what a person reads to fully understand what we are buying, if that it not the truth. So basically Takealot is taking our money and the fine print it giving us a false warrany but TAKEALOT.COM is not honering that warranty. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TAKEALOT.COM AGAIN IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS....
I am highly disappointed in the lack of service received with regards to my parcel which I was supposedly supposed to received on Wednesday 30 May 2018. I received an email from Betty who works for the courier company Ram. I responded to her email and received a phone call from an Agent of Ram Couriers on Tuesday evening 19:40 to which I have not had any response again. I called the courier company on Thursday at 14:30 and was informed by a certain Kgabo that my parcel was out for delivery and I would receive it the same day. I informed her that I was on my way home and that I would need the cel number of the courier that was delivering the parcel to arrange access to our complex. I received my feedback or phone call. On Friday I called Ram Couriers again, again speaking to Kgabo who informed me the parcel could not be delivered because the driver could not gain access to the complex. I told her that I had not received any phone call and that I did inform them that the courier would not be able to gain access if he did not get a access code from me. She put me through to a Supervisor named Lorraine, who was very apologetic and promised that my parcel would be delivered the very same day. I told her I would be home for the remainder of the day. She also promised to get a Manager to contact me with regards the lack of service and delivery again. I have again not received my parcel and or any phone calls from Ram Couriers to deliver my parcel.

To date i have had no reply, phone call or feedback from them. This is complete flase advertising and they lied to get us to buy their product. We called Defy and sent an email to a Rox-Ann and still nothing. </p>
