Huurkor handed our levies account to Du Plessis and Eksteen in 2022. Payment was completed in full in January 2023. Paid up letter received yet the judgement was never rescinded. Huurkor hands over clients yet doesn't take the time to ensure the process is closed off properly like the way it was opened. We are fighting with Huurkor attorney to remove the judgement when it should be Huurkor. We are from No 26 Pendoring Park, estate was managed was Huurkor. You cannot ruin a person's life and credit health even after you have received your payment.
In January 2023 we had settled out levies account in full and was supp**** with a paid up letter as well as a communication that the judgement will be removed of ITC. To date it still appears and we cannot get credit for a bond. We approached the same attorneys as well as the body corporate Huurkor now known as Copper Management since early this year. The attorneys refuse to assist and turn us away, advising that we must approach an attorney to rescind. This is not fair as we settled 3 years ago. We have made several attempts to contact the attorney, they have ignored. We demand that they remove the judgement and offer a formal letter of apology and negligence on their side.
Standard bank sent me a settlement letter of which I settled in March this year. Pop was shared and yet still no paid up letter. A few months ago I receive calls and an email from Telus a collection agency demanding R36 that I owe Srandard Bank. I shared pop but they insist they cannot send a paid up letter until I settle R36. I then settled. Standard still doesn't close my account. I check my credit profile my account reflects two months late payment for R14. I contact Telus and get the same sorry excuse and they will revert. Standard Bank you are ruining my credit score for R14 that I dont owe. I am trying to get a bond approval and you are not being fair. I have paid another R20 tonight into the account with the hope you will rectify my credit profile and close off my account. I will never open another account with your bank.
I support Kauai almost 4 times a week. The one at Honeydew virgin active has the most arrogant and lazy females working there. They don't greet and carry on speaking amongst themselves while a customer is standing at the till. Theres one lady kn particular that wears a glasses, two months ago she forgot to prepare my order after 40 minutes I went to the till. No apology then started to prepare. Then not long ago she chacharged me R138 for a powerade, then reversed to my card when I asked. It took 7 days to clear. No apology just arrogance. Since then till today, she never prepares my drinks or meals well. I will no longer support this store as its clear the service is bad.
I settled my two credit cards and personal loan on 28 March 2025. I received all 3 paid up letters within 14 days. It's almost two months the gold credit card still shows outstanding and not updated on my credit profile. To top this up, I get a call from an attorney this week demanding an outstanding amount of R990 to settle my balance. I explained that I already paid and shared the paid up letter. Nedbank did you really get my payment or is this how a client gets treated. Please rectify my account and clear my my profile. I did email Nedbank 3 times with this enquiry nobody responds. No one answers the telephone calls as well. You get transferred from pillar to post until you drop the phone.
My partner and I have supported this brand and store for past 3 years. More than 12 pairs of shoes.purchased. The price of the shoe is usually high and we don't mind to pay for quality. In the last week of April 2025 we purchased 3 pairs of shoes. One of the shoes was a pair of ladies heels. I asked for a size 3 as that's my size. I requested both pairs to be 3 while my partner bought a pair of tekkies for himself. I went out of country and returned a week later after the purchase. On the Sunday 4 May I used my shoe for the first day and found it slipping off my foot. I had to continue yo wear it as I had already left my home and went to church. I walked from my car to church which a distance from the parking then decided to take the shoe back. I got to the store and found 3 assistants there. The guy that I bought it from was about to exchange after I explained until a female assistant just butted in and said no. In my rage I asked the assistant to check my account and see how many times we bought then he asked me for the box. If you buy a shoe for around R1700 would you plan to carry the box the first day you wear you thinking you will need an exchange. They continued to say they cannot assist me and asked a silly question as to how do I expect them to resell a used shoe. I left the shoe on the counter and left. A week ago I went back with my partner and the assistant has an audacity to tell me to take R1700 to Levingers and ask them to tighten the strap. We refused. He then said here's our head office email address see if they can help you as he tried and head office said no. I was so angry. We left the store. That was our last purchase and will never use that brand again. Admit when your product is not up to standard when a customer complains and never ridicule a customer. If I asked for 3 as I fitted on the 3 why does the box say 3.5. Whose mistake is that.
MBD has called me more than 10 times a day. I finally settled my debt and have not received any correspondence regarding my paid up letter. They don't take your calls or respond to emails. I have one last account to settle that is also with MBD. Since November last year I attempted to get a settlement letter for Wesbank and to date unable to get assistance. This is causing a delay in clearing my name off debt review. To top it all they are debiting my account every month yet not responding.
