There is no number for me to call, I am not able to log into my account, I need to amend or remove a complaint, I don't get the one time pin log in, you can't call hello Peter. You can't email so how must you resolve this?
I am currently in my third year, I have received the exam slip which has exams on the same day, I have been trying to reach Stadio telephonically for the past two weeks. Not one department answers their phone, I have sent over 10 emails explaining how stressful this is for me because I don't know what I am supposed to do now. Not a single employee has even acknowledged my mail. I have sent all lectures a message on our student portal, no response. This is unacceptable service, they are playing with my education here. Must I now take time off from work and go to their offices to beg somebody to talk to me, beg them to answer a simple email or simply pick up a ringing phone. I raved about stadio to colleagues and family members, but in my 3rd year they are tragic, I would NOT recommend it. Not even an answer to a call or an answer to a clearly distressed student BEGGING for an answer. This is so disappointing, the fact that I am openly ignored when I need them to help me is disheartening, demotivating.
I lodged an application for a refund of funeral costs paid. Firstly, I had to follow up. No email was sent, no phone call. Once I followed up I received a rejection email even though I am applying for a refund since I paid for the funeral. Secondly, Metropolitan sent me a short off sms. This is how you are treated when dealing with the loss of a loved one. I sent multiple complaint emails and to date no response l, not even an sms which I specifically said for them not to do. I am dealing with the loss of a loved one, treat me as such. I do not recommend Metropolitan.
If you're moving anywhere close to the square shopping centre, don't. There's a bar that is guaranteed to keep you up until 5 to 6am. DA ward councilor has done nothing to improve this and neither has the shopping centre. Not only does the square not care about residents, the shopping centre is nothing to rave about when moving to the area.
Poor customer service, no sense of urgency.
I have lodged a Hello Peter with Cell C in 2021 (1042002594) August, they opened a fraudulent account in my name, today November 2022 a year later the account is still showing on my clear score report as in arrears, I really don't know what to do about this anymore.
I have been trying to get an account opened fraudulently in my name closed. I was called by an agent, keep in mind this matter has been ongoing for months! Anywho, this agent told me that they have to see if I am being truthful before they can cancel this account and update my ITC. After I sent the affidavit, made over 4 hello Peter complaints, sent 100's of emails. To date I am begging cell c to cancel this account. I will only communicate via hello Peter, this is the only place cell c employees feel like communicating or they would respond to my emails rights? I have things I need to do and cell c completely ruined me by adding a fraudulent account and then having the audacity to hand the account over. I mean how low is cell c willing to go? If I can save some people from having dealings with cell c then I will. I want this matter sorted and I want my itc updated, why am I begging?
Cell C has the audacity to hand over an account they have opened fraudulently and the attorneys, VVM is just as useless as Cell C they ignore my calls, this is just disgusting that I have to go through all this trouble because Cell C is the worst network provider in South Africa. I want this matter sorted but it feels like I need to beg Cell C and VVM Attorneys to do their job. Cell C and VVM might be in a better place if they hired more attentive employees, the current batch is clearly useless. THIS IS MY 4TH HELLOPETER COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS MATTER
Cell C has debited my account, when I called in to ask why as I never took out an account with them, all I was told was well there's an account there and I apparently need to do an affidavit to state that I did not take out the account, I have sent over 10 emails confirming that I will not take time out of my day to do an affidavit and I requested the recording where I confirm that I want to do business with Cell C. A team leader by Ayanda was supposed to call me A WEEK AGO, but obviously this has not happened. This is fraud and they cannot provide me with the recording and this supposed manager Ayanda does not seem to exist if she does, she is not very good at her job and I am embarrassed on behalf of Cell C, I will never do any business with Cell C
I have been trying to apply for the Huawei P20 pro with Telkom and have honestly received the absolute WORST customer service ever! First I contacted the sales department and proceeded with your general sales via the telephone. I called in a few days later just for somebody to confirm that my request for the contract was never submitted. This was my first disappointment in Telkom. I decided to head to the Telkom store in Eastgate Mall Johannesburg on Saturday the 12th of May 2018, I applied for the contract in store and it was confirmed that I should have the device by Wednesday the 16th of May 2018. I contacted the call centre on the 15th to ensure that all is in order for my collection only to find out that ONCE AGAIN no order has been placed after going TO THE ACTUAL store with my documentation. Now I'm sure you can imagine how furious I am! Telkom is disappointing, low value customer service. I am currently returning from my visit to the store where I was told that apparently the sales agent has to resend my documentation to get checked and I'll hear from them some time next week. I had to leave work early to make it to the store in time to find out what is happening because the call centre cannot assist and I cannot contact the store directly. Poor customer service. No turnaround time commitments. I told the sales lady in store that this is a waste of my time and she did not even try and assist, find out how she can help or offer an alternative solution. All that was said was "okay I'll cancel your order then". I will never deal with Telkom again, I am pleased to buy another sim card and use another provider as Telkom leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I have no trust in Telkom and I am horrified that these unprofessional people have my personal information. I will always suggest another provider to friends and family, never Telkom!!
