What a horrible experience using Stuttaford Van lines. We have had a good experience in the past and therefor used them again, but their service delivery has deteriorated over the years it seems. From the beginning there was no communication between the Ops and sales team causing most of the issues. The team leader on site had attitude as he stepped into our home. The team on site decided early in the day that they will not be able to offload at our new property and they will park our belongings at their depo. This was not communicated to us, sales reassured us they will get done in time. Our insurance did not cover our belongings at the depo, causing us panic when we found out late in the day that this is their plan. Their team lead wrote the most detailed list of our boxes that was not needed, wasting so much time and is a big part of the reason they couldn't get done in time. The boxes were not marked off as they were offloaded, so there was really no purpose to this list. Just listing the sizes of the boxes would have been sufficient for calculating the space on the truck. We carried all our own boxes to the garage, disassembled many of our items before the team even arrived. We put in every effort to make sure we are organized and efficient. Our boxes were eventually just dropped in the new garage. So we had to do most of the heavy lifting while paying a big price for what we thought was a professional moving company. And unfortunately Stuttaford van lines then holds you hostage - you better pay whatever they demand or you don't get your belongings. Never again! I have reached out with all my concerns and asked if they could offer us any refund, but they refused.
We bought a platinum diamond ring from Browns 7 years ago. Last week the shaft broke. I returned the ring to Browns Sandton City where we purchased it only to be told that it is probable for a Platinum ring from their store to break in 7 years. A week later I am still awaiting feedback from Browns on whether they are going to fix my ring at their cost as I do not accept a quote of R4000 for my account to have it fixed. I have costume jewelry that lasts longer than their "platinum" rings. I have jewelry from other jewelers that I have worn far longer than 7 years that has not broken. Absolute shocking attitude from Damian at the store as well! I will never purchase any jewelry from Browns again. What an expensive exercise to fix their inferior quality products. Makes you wonder if you take your ring in if you receive the same ring back?
<p>I was at Sandton city on Saturday with my 8 month old son. After having to walk miles to draw cash (as there is no atms close to the parking stations) I finally got my ticket paid and proceeded to the exit at Alice lane. By this time my son was screaming histerically. </p> <p>When I got to the boom I couldn't find my ticket anywhere. I told the guard that I paid my ticket and if she can please let me out as my son is screaming! NO COMPASSION. The help operator and the guard told me I must go pay for a lost ticket! They heard my son screaming and saw how flustered I was, but they would not even TRY and help me.</p> <p>I will avoid Sandton city at all cost!! I eventually got out and started searching the car (all while my son is screaming) and did find my paid ticket. So dissapointed at the lack of compassion. Sies!!</p> <p>Definately not where you go shop if you have kids!</p>
<p>We always enjoy going to LBV! Can't get enough! Not expensive and you get the best food and service we have ever experienced!! The staff really take an interest in their customers and it always feels like home there! So much love for the restaurant and staff!</p>
<p>I was phoning around for a LG G5 Saturday 10 Dec, and it seemed to be sold out everywhere. I eventually phoned Northgate Vodashop and got through to Shaun (at till 6) who promised he would keep me the last titanium phone. When I arrived he had already completed all the upgrade docs for me, ready to sign! Fastest I have ever done an upgrade. What an efficient employee with a great attitude! So impressed!</p>
I booked 5 movie tickets for the new Hunger games for Saturday (21Nov2015) at Irene online. When wanting to redeem my tickets I realised the tickets were incorrectly booked at Centurion mall. I spoke to the supervisor who advised me that we can buy new tickets and then be refunded the other tickets. I specifically asked him if I need to phone before or after the movie and he said AFTER. He stated that the ticket-line will see the tickets at Centurion were never redeemed and I can show I purchased new tickets.<br> <br> Now [Email Removed] tells me I had to phone before, so no refund. How can false commitments be made by Sterkinekor staff at the theatre. The supervisor?????? Had I known this I would have phoned before or maybe not booked again, but I was told not to worry, I can just phone/email after the movie and my money will be refunded!!<br> <br> Unacceptable, dreadful customer service. Will stick to watching movies at home!
December 2014 I had to replace 2 tyres on my Ford Kuga (and not just 1) as the tyres the car was sold to me with were not available country wide. Darius got my complaint and has been relentless in getting me a refund for the one tyre and he phoned me this morning to say that he was successful!<br> <br> Thank you Darius for really going above and beyond! You have really exceeded expectations! He was always friendly and good at following up! <br> <br>
