I spoke to Lane Thursday Last week was the 5th Feb 2026, I told her I never wanted the product (the Vitamins), I couldn't afford it. She told me that she would stop the debit order and reverse it immediately, it will take 3 to 5 working days. There was a delivery to come out to me, which she said she had stopped as well. Well the delivery came yesterday on the 9th Feb 2026. Now they only want to refund me once the recieved the parcel back in the warehouse. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I need that money to return I nmy account.
I am not a very happy customer and mother. My daughter 5years old got hurt at clearwater Walmart today, the 24th January 2026. Your store is only a couple of months open, and already your staff that are in charge of trolley up keep didn't do their job. As a customer, we don't check to see of the trollies are I working order. The one we took was MISSING a wheel. It was put out to use. As we did, didn't feel anything off, as we were shopping. Once we checked out at the till, I put my daughter in the trolley with our shopping, and it fell over that she missed her head on the till next to us, that it fell causing her to hurt her right arm elbow with all the shopping and trolley on her. She has a bruised elbow. The lady assisting us witnessed this her name was zanelle. I went to customer service and asked to speak to the manager. She called him on the phone, he didn't really rush to get to us. When he did I explained what happen. I told him I can't afford doctors or hospital, he said very sarcastically do you want me to call the ambulance. I told him I can't pay for it. He never mentioned it's for their account. He never offered money for medicine or offered medicine for pain. He just asked my daughter to wiggle her fingers. He asked for my contact details to check up on her. No compensation or care. It's a new store. I'm really am disappointed in the service and also the manner it was handled. He never even called the staff or person I charge of the trolley maintenance to come and explain why it was with working trollies etc. I would lime to hear from you as to what will be done.

I ordered flowers for a birthday gift, same day delivery. We'll it never was delivered the same day, as to their driver stated on the notes, they call the recipient to be delivered the next day. Which that was a lie. I sent Netflorist a WhatsApp with my call log to show I never received the call. Besides I would I agree for a birthday gift to be delivered after thebowrdons birthday? Doesn't make sense. This happened order on 27th May 2025, delivered 28th May 2025. I have left 2 messages to speak to the management. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THIER CALL. I WhatsApped again yesterday the 29th May 3025, just to receive this sarcasm remark: "Amazing! We canβt wait to surprise you, smooches π"...... What the.......... I don't need this, can netflorist contact me now.
