Making a note to myself that posting a report on Hellopeter should be my go-to for sorting out my admin nightmares. If you are struggling with a company that responds to this platform it is worth a shot. If it is a company that does not respond here it is always an option to post your Hellopeter complaint to facebook as well. Hope you #WIN like me!
Had to do some updating to a current alarm system this week. It is an absolute pleasure doing bussiness with these people. E-mails are responded to within minutes mostly and within the same day, always. Helpful and friendly on the phone and work was done by one of their sub-contractors with minimal disruption. I can recommend them to anyone in their service area. #WIN
I have been trying to sort out problems on my mom's vehicle for nearly two months. I received a notification from Tracker at the beginning of July that they are not picking up a signal from my mother's vehicle. Apon contacting them they informed me that I could not have the unit tested until we have done a transfer of the account to from my deceased father's name to her's. They said that they would send the appropriate emai address to me as well as what is needed for the transfer. This never happened and I was back on the phone again with them the next week. The consultant gave me the wrong details over the phone and it was up to me to get the correct address through mailing other departments. I submitted the needed info on July 19 and phoned again. I was told that the process will take two weeks. Nothing happened again and at the beginning of August they suddenly did not take off the dedit order for the month. So now not only is the device not tested, I can not find out if it is fauly, the premium is not going off and my mom's inurance will not pay out if anythig shold happen. Spent more time on the phone. Was told to send to consultant Hlompho Molaba and that he would follow up. That was Monday, today, Friday and still NOTHING! How do you #WIN with this total disregard of their customer's safety?
I recently had to make changes to my short term insurance cover and was again just so impressed by the quality service I receive from Outsurance. It really does not matter if you are adding the Porche to your portfolio or moving the Uno to balance of third party; the service is always professional, friendly and super efficient. Thank you
This is not news to most people: Client service for Discovery Vitality is non existent. We have still not received Vitality cash back from July 2020 that was supposed to be paid out on 15/08/2020. Initial mail sent in second halve of August was replied that cash back was delayed and would only be paid out in September 2020. Second mail after non payment in September was replied that as we cancelled our membership effective 31/08/2020 that no payment will be made. Makes sense? As I was still a member in July and August I should at the very least receive my cash back for July.
I am not a client of Momentum, but I had to claim from their client for a minor accident that happened last month. I have had really bad experiences in dealing with other insurers in this type of senario in the past and was dreading the exercise.<br> I had to make one call only to establish contact. All the requirements for the claim was e-mailed to me promptly and I received updates throughout the process via e-mails and sms. Momentum made the appointment for me to see the assessor. There was no quibbling and I received payment within 48 hours of the claim being approved.
