I olled a fault Friday. We were on the phone with Telkom an Hour and the could not soet ot out. When I Phoned sunday again the person I spoke tp told met it will be sorted by Monday. When I phoned now. The Person I spoke to said it will still take 48h to 72h. We work from home nad cant be without internet. This is unacceptable.
I ordered Pizzas from Durbanville Branch at 18h00 and it was only delivered at 21h00. My kids was hungry and I promised them Pizzas. I called the shop 3 times and every time they promised me it is on its way. No Manager called me back after I left a message. The service is patheric
We are trying now for months to sort my mothers account with B-Smart. We get no answer, no feedback nothing. and every month they send my mother a statement that she is behind on her payments
I order every month from econo foods. This is now the second time they made n mess up with my order. Previously my order got confused with someone else. This time they delivered my order to someone else. I have Covid and is dependant on people to deliver food and stuff for me. I never had a delivery problem when they used the Cape Town branch. Nou that everything is at the Somerset West branch there is always problems.
They were supposed to deliver a parcel to me. The driver could not find my address and I clearly gave him my correct address. He promised he would deliver the package to me that afternoon. 2 days later I get a call from another driver who is in a whole different town than where I live. When I inquired at the depot about how it happened the person who helped me was very rude and threw it down to the phone in my ear. Their service is pathetic and will never use them.
My son's school stayed Fruday night the 13th September at Sun1 Bloemfontein. They went out of their room and when they came back my son's backpack was stolen and his friends whole overnight bag. His mother and ****her went the next morning to look at the footage and no one entered their room exept them, but there is a window that can open and one of the ****hers said there was suspicious people hanging around the hotel. Nobody did anything to remove them. And according to the hotel manager their security is top nodge. But there was a gate between the hotel and the Spur that stand open and anybody have access to the hotel. They even accused our own kids of stealing the bags.
My dogter het gisteraand 00:48 by Total Potchefstroom gestop op die N12 om vir haar 'n koffie te koop by Mugg and Bean. Sy het perongeluk haar sleutel in die kar toegesluit. Die dame wat die aand aan diens was, was so ombeskof en het die heeltyd vir haar gesê sy kan nie daar staan nie en sy moet haar kar wegneem. My dogter was in trane want sy het nie geweet wat om te doen nie en kon niemand in die hande kry om haar te help om net haar spaar sleutel te gaan haal by die huis nie, wat letterlik 'n kilometer weg is. Sy het in die badkamer gegaan en die vrou het die heeltyd ingekom en haar gevra wat gaan sy nou doen en sy kan nie daar binne wag nie, sy moet buite in die koue wag. Een van die sekuriteitsmaatskappye het toe daar aangekom en haar kom help. Dis nie die eerste klagte wat ek hoor van Total Potchefstroom nie. Verlede week het 'n man daar aangekom met 'n papwiel en hy moes sy kar van hulle perseel af stoot omdat dit nie daar mag staan nie. Hoe kan mens 'n 21 jarige kind in die nag laat buite staan en haar nie eens probeer help of kalmeer nie. Total sal ons nooit weer sien nie. Julle kan maar op Potchefstroom se Hallo Pietie gaan kyk oor al die klagtes van daai Total garage
I opened a new account with Telkom. My first invoice I received was for the amount of R324.64 per email on 4 October , which I paid on 31 Ocotber. I received an sms on 12 October tha my account was in arrears with R1369.44. I spoke to an agent via there internal message system and I spoke to Samukelisiwe Mkhize who assured me my account is paid up to date and I can ignore the sms. I have proof of that conversation. Today 20/11/2018 my service is suspended. According to Telkom agent I am in arrears. But the account I have states that I am R649.28 in credit. All the agent tells me is tehy are so sorry for the inconvience but they can't reconnect me. Apperantly I have two accounts. So how should I know that and how could I pay an invoice I never received!
Good day I have applied for an ADSL line and internet with Telkom. Untill today I have not received any phone call from them and there was no technician at my house. When I followed them up, the lady told me the technician has cancelle my request. Apperently he could not get hold of me, but my address and cellphone nr is correct on their records. On the 14th of September I received an Invoice for R193.63. This is for subscription and usage. How the hell could I use something I do not even have. I do not even have a telephone and the cable from our house to the telkomline has been cut off by someone before we moved in.
<p>Good day</p> <p>On Friday evening we ordered pizza, but are very unhappy with the service. First we had to wait a hour and 5 minutes for the pizza. It was cold when it reached us. There were very few toppings on the "sausage" pizza. This is not the first time we have such poor quality pizzas received at Debonaires Potchefstroom.</p>
