Disappointed Customer
Very disappointed with Airlink. I used the airline for about 4 times now, only to be very very disappointed. I have just been informed that i cannot get a refund because my ticket was not cancelled on time hence i was at the airport 3 hours before and the Airlink office confirmed that my booking/ticket was cancelled on time. 1) I was at the Bulawayo airport on Saturday 13 July at 10 am 2) Then I had a Do Not Board which could not be resolved because the systems were offline until it was too late for me to board. However the office confirmed that they have cancelled it on time so that i would get a refund. 3)Boarding time was at 11.35 and my booking/ticket was cancelled at around 11.32 - 11.33 I don't understand why part of my payment cannot be refunded. Their service has always been great but this is really disappointing.

Wrong order and terrible pizza
Hi @DebonairsPizza i bought pizza today through Uber Eats at Debonairs Benmore/ex Parkmore. My order included extra bacon but there was no bacon. I want to lodge a formal complaint. Further more the pizza had no cheese and full of tomatoes and olives. Where can i send my complaint and get my refund.

Shoprite Yeoville - dosent allow you to buy with spouse’s debit card
Shoprite Yeoville branch dosent allow you to use your spouses’s debit card just because the card is not in your name. Secondly they take card and insert it in the machine for you which is a very huge fraud risk.

Invoicing on services and repairs plus bad attidute from the manager.
On the 10th of November i went to Tyger Wheel & Tyre Eastgate Bruma branch. I bought a brand new tyre, and wheel alignment. (Proof of payment and receipt available on request) i was informed that when whenever i need to fill my tryres with nitrogen i can come back anytime for free. Today on the 2nd of January 2019 when i returned the manager was very rude to me and told me that they dont have any of my records on their system and they dont who i paid for my last services. He said that i have never beenTWT and he didnt even bother to investigate what happened. Can someone explain to me exactly what happened here. Was i scammed or what?? As i still have the proof of payment and receipt. I still need to go back for more services but if they are saying my details are not on the system so who did i pay on that day.

Bad food taste
<p>I recently bought a product at picknpay which tasted horrible. Its the 1l fruit conentrate, orange and granadilla flavour. It tastes horrible, it just tastes like sugar with yellow coloring, tastes nothing like orange of granadilla at all. I always shop my groceries at picknpay and buy other flavours of the concentrante like cranberry and apple or fruit punch, which taste much better. I tried to get a different flavour and try it but its just horrible. It just tastes like those chease concentrates yet its so expensive. Is there an option of returning and get my money back and buy a different flavour. DID THEY EVEN TASTE IT BEFORE PUTTING IT ON THE SHELF???</p>

Reaped off by Standard Bank
I have been unemployed since 2014 and only found a job this month Feb 2016. During the time i was unemployed i was unable to pay off my Std Bank debts. The time i found a job the first thing i did was to contact Std Bank to arrange payment on my outstanding acc. They told me that my acc was handed over to the attoneys and i have to make an arrangement with them. I contacted the attorneys sometime in Jan 2016 and I made an arrangement that I will be paying R500 towards my outstanding acc as soon as i get paid. This month when i just got my first salary after not working for almost 2 years, Std Bank took an amount of R1500 from my bank acc. When i phoned to enquire they told me that it was paid to the attoneys because i did not make any arrange when i know very well that i did make an arrangement. When i called the attorneys , they say they dont know anything about this R1500 which Sta Bank says it paid to them. All i just need is an explanation of what all this is about and desperately need a refund of R1000 to pay my child school fees. My child just got suspended for not paying school fees (suspension letter available). I feel Std Bank has robbed me of my hard earned money
