Wetility worked fast and neatly. They work well as a team. I appreciate the order as they went along to complete the instalation. I was kept informed every step of the way. Job well done.
We where under debt review for almost 15 years, was supposed to be 5 but it kept on going and going and going, one story after another. When we finely sc****d together enough money to settle all our accounts we thought it would be better. So we paid up the accounts and got a clearance certificate this was almost two years ago. My wife and I where under debt review together under one account payable. As we where married in community of property. So we got paid up letters from all our accounts and a clearance certificate, The certificate only had my ID on it so I quarried it and they sed it was fine they will sort it. Two years later my wife is still flagged everywhere as under debt review. I phone them they say i must send an email to csu. I send an email just to get no response. I can not understand how they can just ignore something like this. I regret the day i went under debtreview. My total was about R250 000 outstanding. I paid them about R400 000, how that helps anyone i can not understand. But all I want now is for them to do there job and sort this out. Query Received - wf_9605024.
They are quick and fast to sell but the after sales service is terrible. I bought i mini saw for R299 plus delivery costs it was about R370. Money lost and waisted. The saw did not work and when I WhatsApp the sales person it took days for them to come back to me. When they did they wanted a video, I send a video and no reply from them for days again. When I queried again I got a message saying revered to admin. Weeks now and nothing from them. I used to buy from them because of the pricing and goods are usually not to bad. But after this I will not be buying from them again and I will also advise friends and family using this service to think twice.
There is a sales person there called Maruis with a real bad attitude. This guy is so rude and unprofessional I don't know how he can be a sales person. We have a history with Markon regarding a car we bought there but the after sales service was terrible. The car kept going back to them but they could not fix it. So we got stuck with the car. Now we can trade it but it never came with a service book. Witch they where going to suply but never did. So yes I am upset about this whole story. So when this *********** sales person suggested we trade the car with them I was like no, previous experience was not so nice so why would we buy a car there again. So I mentioned to him that the previous deal was not so good for us. Then this unprofessional sales person sed that he WIll not help us and I then told him that he was a *** salesperson if that's the way he treats people. (customer) Markron nails us in more than one way regarding this car we bought. Markron is a house hold name in Springs. But with people like this Maruis working for them, just gives them a bad name. My som bought this car from them but they *****ed him over. I will take this as far as possible now thanks to the terreble attetude of Maruis the sales person. I will be contacting the ombudsman and the mothering instatut of South America
I do not know witch way with this place. if you read my reviews you will see I have struggled with them for over a year to sort out an streaming account I never even had installed. Finally they sorted it out, But now this ordeal has caused an outstanding mark on my credit report. I have sorted out all my accounts and my credit score is now clear except for this amount dstv have outstanding. Witch is not outstanding anymore on there side. so I phoned the call center and was tolled to wait the credit be rue will update it. I would appreciate if you can sort this out and clean up the mess you made. I have been a customer with dstv for a long time. I am really disappointed on how you deal with things these days.
I do like how DSTV reply's saying your query was received and someone will be getting back to you. This is really getting out of hand now what should i do for you to sort out your ****.
I cancelled my DSTV some years ago. I then app**** for DSTV Streamer but that was a disaster. So I do not have DSTV. But on my credit score it shows I owe DSTV money. I then phoned the call center, I was tolled I owe them over R3000 but they could not say why I owe them so much money. So please can someone inform me how you say I owe you R3000 plus but you can not say why. Not sure what you are doing thee days because no one phone me no one contacted me no one informed me of this. not sure if this is the new **** on how to get money out of people but seriously it is unnecessary. I really hope someone can phone me and explain this.
Dear dstv. This is now the second time I have to put in a complaint regarding your bad service. I have several times contacted you guys regarding this streamer box that I don't have it wasn't installed but still you're charging me now. I have previously reported to his hello peter. I was contacted by a lady dudu. She assured me that everything will be sorted out she did arrange for the package to be picked up from my house so I don't have a steamer box or Modem at my house. So now again I'm being charged for streamer box installation Wi-Fi installation MODEM installation. Uncap Wi-Fi+ 699 package which should include all this. So for me I actually only have Easy view package which cost R29 .And now you want me to pay almost R900 for what? I don't have the packages anymore I don't have the box anymore it was never installed it was never never never done so how can you want to charge me? After we spoke over the phone really people? I am extremely tired of wasting my time. Aggravating fighting with you people you just don't understand English I don't know if it's their new pass rates or if dstv is just lowering the standards. I've been a customer with Multi choice For a lot of years now. So I'm gonna make this easy. Whoever deals with this situation? All you need to do is cancel everything.I do not want to be part of this institute called multi choice Any more
I am not sure why but it seems like DSTV call center people are going backwards. They can not handle a query without telling you hold on while I speak to my trainer an come back to with no answer at all. i have been trying to cancel a streaming package for almost a week now. you just can not get hold of someone in the cancelation department. I was told i have 7 days to cancel the product but how do you do that if you can not get hold of anyone. In the past week I have been put from one person to another several times and the call gets dropped on you after holding for over 20 min. Really people your service is terrible. i am just not getting my queries sorted and it is costing me money.
Yes we where in an accident involving other people. And yes there was damage to cars. But wit out phoning or even trying to discuss the situating auto and general send a sms to one of the passengers not even the driver stating the we are liable for an x amount for damage on one of the cars involved in the accident. After phoning the number provided several times after getting cut off and send from one person to another, the lady that answered the call was just plain out rude. not wanting to listen to anything just wanting the claim number. So thank God I am not insured with auto and general seems to me like it is all about money and not the person.
