This is the most pathetic credit bureau I dont know why financial institutions make use of them as they never up to date i had accounts in the past which are currently closed and never in arrears I now have 4 accounts one been more then 5 years the other 3 a year and a half all up to date but I have seen that over three months my credit score has been the same with no improvement yet all my balances where brought down and payments been made on time as well as having a secured account home loan and no difference every other institution has my credit score high besides this company over three months I have watched the score been the same which I feel is pathetic because I have been keeping everything up to date
I had account is the past which was not even in arrears and all was settled and now I have 4 accounts one of them being since 2020 all up to date and the others over a year and a half but its been more then three months my credit score has not changed yet they told me that after having a home loan secured credit my score with improve it is now three months and on a daily basis I've seen my score reflecting the same this is the worse credit bureau cause on every other credit bureau my score is perfect credit institutions should not use this company as they are pathetic also when trying to call them its a never ending wait

Pathetic company to take a loan from ive given them good business from over a year with they high interest and now I have settled one of my loan accounts with them and they still have it as pre legal department yet the monies was paid directly to the same bank account that belongs to them they did not update my itc has the account is paid up
Pathetic company I have paid up my loan three months ago but till now they have not updated my itc as paid up instead I am having a commitment of R4000 yet it has been paid up I will never advise anyone to take up this facilty
I have settled my account 4 months ago even received paid up letter but they have not updated my transunion report to say that the account is paid as well as it shows an affordability of over 4000 on my report I with never advise anyone to take up a loan from this company pathetic
Most pathetic company i have had a loan account and credit for more then a year with outstanding payments but they list me on itc for 30 days arrears yet the installment had gone off which all my other accounts are up to date as well as the same account in question the service from them is pathetic and if my itc is not updated as it should be I will be taking this further as I have proof that the debit order was tracked
Most pathetic company i have come across i hold two credit cards with them both being rcs platinum card and sanlam money saver credit card my repayments where up to date on these accounts timeoulsy without a month in arrears and then rcs decides to change bank details to where we supposed to make payments not notifying us until the very end thou and then updates on itc that we are 30 days in arrears after holding a good credit history with all my other accounts for many years if my itc is not rectified as it is not my fault that we was notified late of bank details changed even thou we had already made payments there for the months stipulated as arrears if my itc is not updated accordingly or a letter is not issued with clearance of the months for arrears I will legally be taking this further.
