I ordered an expensive product from Makro online,. My order was acknowledged on 28th January 2025, and delivery was promised on 31st January 2025. Both Makro and Courier Guy sent me messages to say that the item had been delivered, but I have not received anything. When I queried it with Courier Guy, they sent me a copy of a receipt signed by someone called Karabo. I do not know anyone called Karabo, and nor do any of my family. I have been reaching our to both Makro and Courier Guy to explain my situation, but I do not get any useful responses from either of them
I had to dispute an Uber transaction on my credit card, I got excellent service from the help desk. The help person talked me through the whole process very patiently. I don't think that I have ever had such a helpful person online
I have not been able to report this theft to Uber. I booked online an Uber ride from Amanzimtoti to Durban international airport yesterday Tuesday 28 May 2024. The Uber driver messaged me that he wanted a cash trip. I refused. I assumed that this meant that the normal credit card payment would be made. He arrived and helped load my cases into his car. I was alarmed when he drove me to a shopping centre - where he suggested that I draw cash from an ATM. I refused. He said he had no petrol. At this stage I had not received any notification from my bank that I had been debited. I was under time pressure to catch my flight, I was very nervous by this pecu**** behavior so eventually I offered to pay for petrol to the value of the Uber ride. The driver took me to the airport. He cancelled the online reservation. Uber has "kindly" reversed their cancellation fee, but kept my online credit card payment! Their web site has no option to report this ****. According to Uber this trip never happened so it does not "fit" any of their help options. Their phone number on the web site no longer works, and there is no option to email complaints. I will try very hard to not use their services ever again. Bolt sounds very attractive to me right now Uber has a cavalier attitude to they customers, as they don't allow Hello Peter to let them know about the reviews they receive.
Quick response to all contacts I made, and when the frame arrived damaged, Sandy immediately promised to send a replacement.
I suggest people stop using Loot until after the pandemic slows down. In spite of the fact that they send out advertising emails about 3 times a day, they are obviously unable to handle the orders they are getting. I have ordered a stove on 8th July 2020. I have been tracking the order where is was listed as being packed for several days. Suddenly my order no longer appears on my profile, and I have had no refund. I have discovered that one can no longer phone to discuss problems, and emails are apparently only answered in 72 hours.

<p>I recently bought a SAMSUNG diswahser on line from Save Hyper. I was pleasantly surprised by their very prompt answers to my questions, their help with completing their on-line order forms, fast delivery. The good service continued after delivery - they were polite, courteous and quick in asisting me with a documnet query after delivery.</p> <p>Based on my experiance, I would recomned Save Hype for on-line shopping.</p>
