I walked in a Telkom store at Clearwater mall at 17:55 pm and I was approached by a guy named ROFIWA who was very drunk and smelling of alcohol during working hours. firstly He was not wearing his name tag nor did he introduce himself as i walked in, I had to ask for his name after I saw his behavior and high smell of alcohol. He did not address me by my name or ma'am but chose to address me as MY LOVE. He refused to have me email the POA and when i asked why his answer was his not sure, I left the shop and went to do the POA. when I got back he was not in the shop , i was told he went to the toilet as he was walking back in He was shouting that He needs to go home to his wife and his car is outside therefore at 18:30 he must leave so everyone needed to hurry up and finish cause he wants to leave and does not have time for anything happening there. while another female employee was also dosing off while standing also smelling of alcohol. He only told me when his done that his only left with one sim once and I had initially called and to ask before arrival. i asked if he can in another branch and he said no he can not. i had to do use two stores to get two E-sims. Rofiwa was disrespectful, rude and no customer ethics training. He was shouting and making comments as if he was at a shebeen .I was very disappointed with the service from the store.. At the second store, we were assisted by Mr. Simon who was not only professional but did not have a problem with assisting us at 18:50. He was patient and very helpful, He even allowed us to email the POA to the store.
Good day I would like to express my bed service that I received from one of your staff members at Shoprite liquor Jabulani mall. I was serviced by Bangumusa Tshabalala. I purchased alcohol and also asked for a bottle of Jameson which is kept on the cigarette count, he went to fetch it. On return I told him I had forgotten cigarettes can he please add them. He just looked and me and called the next customer, i said excuse me i haven't finished with my purchase as I'm still on the till , would you please go fetch the cigarettes and he said why didn't i tell him when he went the first time and I told him i forgot but since i am still on the till can he get them. He refused and said I must go to the cigarette counter and strand another line, I said no and he said well i can go talk to his manager cause he will not stand up again for me. I went and spoke to the manager who just got drained when he discovered who the compliant was about, his response was ma'am please write a email to ShopRite as this person and problematic and you are not the first customer he is disrespecting. I have numerously intervened but he is not willing to change. I am very unhappy with the service and disrespect from this Bangamusa person.
i keep on getting calls every 3 minutes from different numbers all from TGF media, you block they use another number. i feel like we are forced to take things we do not need. i opened the account but these calls makes me sick. as soon as i pay it off i am closing this nonsense account cause no matter how many times you tell them you not interested someone else calls with the same offer you have declined al week. it is super super irritating!
Good day I am so o unhappy with the level of service with Makro online, call centre and Head office.. I have been sent from one pillar to another with no solid answer or solution or at least the decency of responding or getting back to me as promised. I have made numerous attempts to follow up on an order I made on the 30th of July and expected delivery was the 7th of August 2025. I have yet not received my order, no communication as to why or even any updates when I call to follow up on the delay and the reason thereof. I am at a point of anger and frustration, this morning I called the Head office and was told I will get a call back within 3 hours, 4 hours later no call back and my calls are also not being picked up, same thing with the online call centre number. I would appreciate any form of communication or update as to am I receiving my order or not?
I have made numerous attempts to contact this company after a unclear calculation of the excess money that i need to pay for a cell phone insurance. I have been treated like trash by 4 or more of the call center agents namely, Sibongile who is supposed to be the supervisor, Lwandile who left me on hold for 15 mins while she was chatting up her collogues. below is one of the emails i sent to the company with screen shots of the policy they have on the internet stating that the excess amount is 10% however when i called and asked the agent told me of a new 20% which still doesn't make sense with the calculations. i am very disappointed by this company and @ Bradlows SA i will not be doing any future buying with you if i need to insure my things with ABACUS ever again ... I hope you are well, I would like to address a few things with you if you are the relevant person to speak to regarding my claim. I received the approved letter for the amount of R 11304.30 and the is Excess amount: R 1695.65, when I called the store, I was told the amount is approved based on the amount of the phone now that is currently on special. However, I am being charged the original excess amount value of Excess amount: R 1695.65 for the phone, but I am given eleven thousand to buy. And this being said if I'm getting the phone at this new amount , how will it affect my premiums moving forward now that the phone is cheaper than the previous one? TO THIS DAY I STILL DO NOT HAVE A PHONE
