TERRIBLE SERVICE (GATEWAY BRANCH)
I hate Complaining and making other Peoples Jobs harder than they alrady are But; I had a terrible experience at Gateway Durban Branch on 2025-12-14 between 19:00 & 19:30. Walked in to Order with my Wife and Two Kids. The Counter wasn't busy although there was One Customer already placing an Order. Two Black Female Staff Members were behind the Counter. The Customer infront of me was done placing his Order. When I approached the Counter; the Female Cashier abruptly turned around and walked away without explaining whether she'll be back or not. Fine; I waited. The other Female was packing Orders; saw me and completely ignored me. A Black Female Customer walked in and that same Female who ignored me; approached her to take her Order first. Out of embarrassment; I tooj my Wife and Kids and left. I felt this was a subtle form of the "Reverse ******" that Non-Blacks face in todays South Africa. I also feel that I was ignored because I'm a Man. If the Store has CCTV; It wont be hard to view and miss the incident between the specified times. I'm Utterly Disgraced and will never do Business with ANY of your said Branches again.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER
Have a Slight Oil Leak on my E36. Decided to Purchase all Main Seals one time for replacement. Items arrived sooner than I expected in Brand New Condition. All Parts are Branded so there's no skepticism at all. I got Value for Money and highly satisfied with Parts; Service Delivery; Communication and Efficiency! Will recommend M.A.P to others and definitely purchase again! Thanks M.A.P Team! Keep it up!

EXCELLENT Prices and Good Parts! I give Four Stars based on Shipping Times and Communication. Both of those Departments can be improved. Otherwise; I've always received my Parts in New; Working Condition and have already recommended others to SPEEDQUIP. Keep it up!

COULD BE BETTER
They provide Quality Parts at Reasonable Prices. Payment Options are also available. The Reason I gave Four Stars is because of Shipping. Orders take over two weeks to arrive. Support is also a bit on the downside. Call takers dont give one a chance to fully describe the issue they're having/facing. Electronic Communication is also bad. Other than that; Prices; Parts and Payments are reasonable. I haven't had any other Issues with Orders; Parts and Payment besides Shipping Times.

Highly recommended! Both In-Store and Online. I've been purchasing; especially Online and NEVER had an issue with Parts; Payment and Orders! Excellent Customer Service; Excellent Online Service and Value for Money for Parts & Accessories! JHB Headquarters never failed me and neither has Durban Umhlanga Store. As soon as you walk through the door; A Sales Assistant IMMEDIATELY approaches to assist! This proves their Willingness and Customer Service which is something that was lost in Retail along the way; as time passed. Im exceptionally satisfied with EVERYTHING about Autostyle! Again I say; they've NEVER Failed Me! Big ups to the WHOLE Team at Autostyle Motorsport! I Pray nothing but Eternal Blessings over each and every one of the Souls working for; and concerned by the Company! I'll keep Purchasing and Recommending to others!
