Terrible connection and even worse customer service Paying for 250mbps upload and 250mbps download, and we are lucky if we can get 25 upload and 25 download. We have sent countless emails querying this, spent hours on hold with their call centre, and all to no avail. Everyone takes down my number and advised we will get a call back but nobody ever calls. As someone who works from home, my internet connection is vital. It is daylight ******* being charged for a service and not even reviving 1/10th of it. Shocking. Will be moving suppliers before my next debit order goes off
We have been waiting for half-cost results from PPS for 10 days now. The initially advised that there was an 8 business hours to 2 working day turn around time. Every time I call to follow up, I get told the query will get escalated, and that somebody will be in contact with me soon, and nobody every calls back. When I ask to speak with the case administrator/underwriter dealing with the request, the always advise that she is offline. This is getting ridiculous and is hugely unfair on the client. Policy is meant to issue 1 September, and everything was done with sufficient time for this to happen, yet we are being held up due to incompetence.
I have been a loyal customer for as long as i can remember, and it has always been my first choice in hair color. No complaints about the product itself. However, I recently bought a box of 4U Universal Brown color, and when I went to dye my hair, the coloring cream was not in the box. Everything else was there except for the coloring cream. You can make do should any of the other items be omitted, but unfortunately there is no use to anything without the coloring cream. These hair colors are not cheap, but due to the high quality of them, it has always been my first choice, but this has now, unfortunately, been a waste of money.
This is specifically in regards to McDonalds in Gordon Road. The number of times our order has been incorrect is astonishing. We get charged for what we order, and then there are wrong or missing items. And we usually only notice this by the time we get home, not while were still in the drive through. This last weekend, we ordered milkshakes, and added Oreos into each one (at an additional cost), just for us to get home, and notice that none of the milkshakes had oreos in them. Although the price of the oreos is onlyR6 per milkshake, it is the principle that frustrates me, because this always happens at this branch. We will not be going back.
If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. My husband was given substandard advice (by a tied liberty advisor) in regards to having his life policy cancelled, and was debited for a further 5 months premiums. After waiting over 4 weeks, we eventually got the policy cancelled and the refund issued. This whole experience in itself was extremely frustrating, and time consuming, but had it ended there, we would have accepted everything and carried on. However, a few days after receiving the refund, we receive an email stating that the reinstatement of said policy has been approved, and now policy has been reinstated!! How this has happened, i have absolutely no idea as we received confirmation of the cancellation. Absolutely shocking service
A 1 star rating is too high for the experience i have had with this delivery company. My delivery address was set to my office. The delivery driver called me 5 times between 8:30pm and 9pm last Thursday to deliver my parcel. Each time i politely explained that nobody was there, and i was in another city. eventually, driver agreed to deliver the parcel the following day, which was not done. When I called the driver the next day, he said it wasn't his problem and there was nothing he could do. I have contacted the call center more times than I can count, each time being told a different thing. My parcel is showing that delivery has been cancelled. The call center said I cannot collect from the warehouse, nor can it be delivered. I am considering laying a theft charge. The last 3 calls, the consultant has said that it was dispatched. But still, nothing has happened. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. When mentioning going to SAPS, the consultant was very quick to tell me I cannot do that. Very disappointing service
