Tried all through February to claim my R1000 voucher of the members app however, unsuccessful due to an email error. Logged a complaint on Hello Peter, was then contacted by a service consultant from Samsung who said they were working on a resolution. Never heard back from anyone and the offer has expired on the app. I have a S24 ultra and have not benefited from the promotion. Please assist.
Always in the ball with claims. No lights, all food spoilt ....just waiting to see how quick the claim is processed.
Recently purchased an S24 Ultra through Vodacom and have since tried many times to redeem my voucher through Samsung Members app however, keeps telling me that my email address is incorrect. I would like to claim my R1000 voucher please. Need assistance.
I app**** for a mobile phone contract last year (a few months ago) which was approved however there was no stock of an iPhone 15 and I was told to wait. This application was processed at Vodacom Umhlanga Zenith Drive. I made several attempts to contact and to get assistance however no luck. I have a Vodacom SIM only Data contract which i have not been able to use for months now as I have no phone. Managed to get through to them today and asked if I could please migrate my Sim contract to a phone contract for S24 @ R899pm so that I can get a phone, to which I am told that a conversation needs to be had with senior management to see if this can be done. I'm contracted for Data only so don't see why upgrading would be a problem, especially when a contract with higher monthly premiums has already been approved months ago. Please assist Vodacom.
Prepaid SIM SWOP - 0720420363 I use my wife's sim card and have done so for many years with the above CLI, my phone was ****** over the weekend and we attempted to conduct a sim swop at the Vodacom gateway store however, they want me to provide the most common called numbers, how am i supposed to remember this if i don't have the mobile phone and use WhatsApp primarily for communication. I have provided the last recharge date and amount, she has provided her proof of identity and residence to which the sim has been Rica. I am unable to guess these numbers, or actuall got 1 right and now Vodacom refuses to SWOP the SIM. Totally understand security protocol however, all this information should be sufficient and the fact that my phone has been ****** should be sufficient explanation for me not knowing most dialed numbers. I don't want to lose my number, please assist.

So far service has been good, fell a bit short in terms of reaponding promptly however, have come thru.
Applied for credit online, this is supposed to be a quick and hassle-free process, however, seems to be drawn out as nobody has contacted me since I was provisionally approved. I received the SMS stating that I was provisionally approved and that was it. I am unable to visit the store to have this resolved at the moment and am left wondering if I made the right decision to want to purchase from House & Home.
My claim number ********** . I have been a loyal client to Hollard for the past 6 years and have had an accident recently, there was a tropical storm and it was 9pm on a Friday, a tow truck arrived on the scene and they mentioned that they were affiliated with Hollard so i allowed them to remove the vehicle from a ditch and made my way home. Reported the incident and nothing happened thereafter, the claims consultant (Thandekile) never called. I tried several times to contact her however, she was either busy on a call or never at her desk. On many these calls i mentioned my concern about storage and towing as the towing company mentioned these to me. I did try to get quotes to prevent the write off however the assessor declined. My car is still at the towing yard even though i have agreed to write off and the bill keeps rising, i am trying several times to contact the claims consultant however, she refuses to take my calls or respond to my emails. The handling of my claim is a real disappointment and i can not be help responsible for the delays caused by Hollard. Could someone please assist. I was going to insure with Hollard for my next vehicle and my wife is currently with Hollard however after this experience i am doubting we will stay. Very disappointing.
Booked my vehicle (BMW M3) into this place for panel beating. It took 6 months to get my vehicle back. The owner never takes calls and provides dodgy answers whenever contact is made about whats causing the delay. The owner (Sugan), also attempted to add on 25% to quotations from BMW which is illegal, i inquired about this and his response is that he is trying to run a business. I had to start buying spares directly myself. Additionally my petrol and heat gauges were suddenly not working when the car was released. He quoted me a final payment incorrectly and increased this by 3k the day i went to fetch the vehicle. He also decided to add on R600 for fuel, looks like he went for a Joyride to PMB as my car had half a tank of fuel when it got there and when i fixed the fuel gauge it only showed quarter tank. My left rear rim has damage and there was no damage previously.....looks like someone lost control and damaged this. An absolute joke of a panel-beating shop............Don't ever put your vehicle in there. I decided it was just better that my car was out and so i paid and never will never deal with them again.
