Billed for a 2024 Cancelled contract?
Billing me for a contract I cancelled in September 2024. It was a sim only contract and I used MY OWN ROUTER. Now, because of *********** staff that did not cancel my contract as requested, I am being harassed and handed over for R5638.37?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Debit order went off twice after I settled my loan. I have emailed customer support but no one responds. Don't even bother phoning, no one answers and the line drops.

Worst customer service ever!
Double debit order and no one at Cell C knows how to process a refund. I have been struggling since 31 October to get a refund because Cell C debited my bank account twice and now I have to struggle for more than a week to get someone to process my refund. I do not care that you think it is sufficient to credit it to my next bill, that is your problem. Remove the credit and refund my money.

Cell C Contact department ***********
I need to get a copy of a previous contract that I had with Cell C. They refuse to send a copy of the contract because it was switched to prepaid after the contract had expired. My phone was ****** and I need to blacklist the phone so that I can open a case at the police. I do not have the box anymore to get the IMEI. Cell C, how can you refuse to send a historic contract that I signed. Surely SOMEONE at Cell C can send a copy?

Wish there was an option to give less than a 1 star rating. I was offered to apply for a six-month loan through an agent, but they told me to apply online instead. The online application only had a one-month payment option, which clearly wasn’t what I needed. The agent insisted I apply anyway. Unsurprisingly, the loan got declined. When I called for help, they told me to call back so they could assist—but when I did, they said they couldn’t help and that I had to wait 30 days before calling again. Their only response was “sorry for the inconvenience.” This is pathetic service with completely *********** staff. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.
