Dischem Gateway service its very bad the prescription side of the pharmacy. Ive used different branches and different cities and the service was good. But Gateway everytime I'm going there their service its from bad to worse. Yesterday I've even complained to the pharmacist and he told me they are short stuff.
Before the lockdown I bought toilet paper the 18 two ply were sold at R119. And only really notice that when I get home. After that I went checkers again the price of the same toilet paper went down to R110. They really inflating the prices. So many things prices before the lockdown went sky rocking.
<p>I'm moving my things from Jhb to Dbn. I've paid them the 50% deposit as requested. They promised to deliver today on the 12th at 4pm. I came all the way from Jhb and when I call they told me they had a delay, they will only deliver tomorrow. They did not contact me until I called and was told the story. They can't confirm what time tomorrow. They promised to come back to me before the end of today. No phone call or email again and I decided to call them again. Now Ron is not answering his phone and the female answer. And she promised Ron will call me back. Now it's 23:29 no call and I had to book my self for a place to sleep. I'm so disappointed and don't even know I'll be getting my stuff. Hello Peter please help.</p>
Since April 2014 I've sent a quiry as I was trying to apply for finance and I was told I have judgement that was listed by Sars. I contacted the above ladies as when I resigned with my previous employer some doduments were not submitted. And I contacted my previous employer to submitt the oustanding documents. Everythhing was sorted, but apparently Sars had also blacklisted my name. Two weeks ago I went to apply for finance again and discovered my name its still blacklisted. And I've sent the email to both people that I was previously contacted and Modiegi Pooe responded and apparently she never sent the doc to court. And she gave me a call appologising and promise that she'll come back to me last week monday. And I keep on reminding her and this time around she doesn't even bother to respong to my emails. Very frustrated cause I need finance urgently.
Tuesday when I got home water was finished and I've rushed to buy water (prepaid). When I was trying to load water the meter was faulty, it couldn't read the tag. Wednsday I called the Jhb water call centre. I was told my problem will be attendend within 24 hrs. Today its friday I've managed to get the number of a sub contractor deals with our area. And they told me they only got my quiry yesterday and promised to send someone today to attend my quiry. My suprise when I get home my problem its still not sorted out. I called the sub contractor again and they told me people were sent and they couldn't find anyone in my house. And when I called them this morning I've explained to them I've left my gate open and I've also left my tag with my neighbours. And also I gave them my number and they did not even tried to call me to say there is no one to assist them. I'm really dissapointed with Jhb water's service. So its gonna be my 4th day without water now. My adress is 590 Nebraska crescent, Cosmo City. I just feel like crying right now. How do they expect a person to survive so many days without water.
