I will never deal with unlimited in my life. And I will never recommend it to other people. They misleading people with aim of robbing them. They debited R264 in Jan and again in February but they refusing to pay it back as I was misleaded by their representative. They are *****ed. Making business by robbing poor people.

I will never do business with Clientele after what happened to me. I will never recommend clientele to anyone until they pay back the 2 premiums they took unfairly. R264 plus R264.
“I am extremely disappointed with Unlimited Insurance. I joined the insurance in January after being given false information by their representative. I was told that my tyres, scratches and dents for my car will be taken of. I decided to take this insurance and they started to debit on January 23rd, R264 they then again on February 25th of Feb 2026 the debited R264. I now demand a full refund of these debited amounts and a complete cancellation of my policy, as the service was not truthful from the start.

While I was selling goods and engaging with customers, I was approached by a manager who informed me that I was not permitted to sell in that area. I sincerely apologized, as I was unaware of the rules. However, later, at another location, I was called into the centre management office and unfortunately faced harassment from a security staff member. Bearing in mind I was with my kids who were traumatised by this incident. This situation was distressing and unsettling, especially after I had already apologized and assured them that I would comply in the future. I believe that all individuals hustling and working hard should be treated with dignity and respect. I hope that Village Square- Randfontein can look into this matter and ensure a more respectful approach in the future. As a resident of Greenhills in the Randwest municipality, I am deeply frustrated by the recent water outages that began over Christmas and continue to this day. Despite consistently paying our rates, which are no less than R2300, we are left without water. Moreover, when infrastructure issues arise, such as damaged electricity poles, we are forced to pay out of our own pockets to fix them. Yet, if there’s even a small shortfall in payment, even as little as R10, the municipality immediately disconnects our services. This double standard is unacceptable, and we urgently demand that the municipality address these issues and ensure reliable and fair services for all residents. They don’t even attend to problems that we experience as residents. Few days ago we had to pay out of our pockets sort out to get electricity sorted in our place. 3 houses were affected. Their answer is they don’t have money yet we pay more than R2300 a month for rates.
They promised me 10% discount but I have to follow up with them every month.
The maintenance department failed me. I requested them several times to take action or garnishee ST Mpofu, case number 14/3/2-309/25. He failed to comply in paying my kids school fees. My kids are not getting their reports due to this.
