December 2018 my car was jammed and I lost vouchers which included a game voucher for R4000.00. Usher - a supervisor - went all out - from trying to find the voucher number so she could be able to block it and further going all out to get my voucher replaced which eventually she was successful. thank you so much usher...I tried to tip her as a thank you but she would not even accept. again from the bottom of my heart- thank you a 1000 times. still a game happy client. God bless...
I took my car in for a service at Toyota and made number 2 on the que because I arrived quiet early. to my surprise at 9:45 a.m. my car was not even attended to, yet other cars were being done and people were already arriving to fetch. also when I found out that my car was going to be a while I requested to be taken home and went to fetch something from the car - to my surprise when I got back the car was gone leaving me behind to wait for a car that was going to take about 2 hours to be done. what ludicrous and the consultants bad attitude did not help at all. never will I deal with that Toyota ever again.
I went to clicks Bloemfontein with a confidential script for my chronic medication and the lady that attended to me - said she could not see my Doctors handwriting and quickly gave it to her collogues to read it. I then said to her you could have asked me and she said that is how they do it. Later she refused to give me my meds - saying that I took a picture of her - she had a bad attitude and was rude and verbally aggressive. eventually her senior came and she gave me my meds. I felt very intimidated by her attitude. I wish there is CCTV coverage - so you could see her facial expression your selves- it spoke volumes.
I cancelled a policy with old mutual in January 2018, now we are in November and old mutual is still deduction from my bank account. I have called and gone to branches because they deduct and return the amount in the middle of the month, but no success. I am worried this may be some fraudulent activity, and even if it is not the bank charges me for every transaction - I'm tired of this.
I am on ARV's and when I went to the Chemist I could not get my medication and the chemist told me it was just not going through. the chemist called discovery and I was told to wait for 2 days, this was on 2018-10-30, I waited but, on Friday 2018-11-02 the Chemist called me and told me that my medical aid had not sorted out the issue and I had to wait for another 2 to 3 days. I called discovery myself and was told the issue was sorted, I went to the chemist but still could not get my medication for whatever reason. the chemist suggested I pay for the medication myself of which I did and if I did not it would mean that I have gone for almost a week without my chronic medication. I pay close to R3000.00 for this medical aid on monthly bases and the treatment I have received since I joined is appalling to say the least especially when it comes to my chronic illness.
<p>Hi... I joined a funeral policy with shoprite about 7 months ago. My concern is every time I have to pay for it money market cashiers do not seem to know how to process the payment. Don't you give in service training to your staff before introducing new products... As result I spend ridiculous time for 1 person asking another that also does not know etc. Same dilemma with checkers - This is unacceptable</p>
<p>I cancelled two policies with Sanlam sky about a year ago because they refused to pay but to my surprise to this day they are still deducting a premium. I feel like this is broad day light robbery because I have called and was told that my policies were cancelled, one after the other but that was not true. Even the refund that I was told was sent to my account I never received it. I need help in this matter. I have emailed and called but Sanlam is still stealing from my little pay, money that I don't even have.</p>
<p>About a year ago, Pnp advertised a bar fridge which was unavaillable in stock. I was told to do a rein check. I did. Since then I have never been contacted. I needed the fridge for my office. Last week I decided to call and enquire. I was told to come through provided I had the rein check. Upon my arrival I was then told I can't get the fridge due to time frame. What is more upsetting is that the manager said the had stock after about a month but I was never contacted by anyone.</p>
In October last year I was admitted in hospital for bronchonumonia, to this day, sanlam has not finalised my claim after sending me from pillar to post for this document if not the other. Its about a year now and I'm still waiting. This has become such a frustrating process and its however unacceptable because their agents will tell, you only need to complete 1 form, and I've been sent for hospital files and, and, and but still nothing.
