I'm currently not happy with fnb , i have been a private client with Nedbank never experience such services. Firstly, on the month of December i was charged account fee amount on the 25th and the service fee which came to around R800 if not more. my issue is that i had to downgrade the account because for me the charges were not making sense and on the 6 of Jan i was charged an extra R214 when i ask why i was told it's an account fee. i requested to be called to close all the account no one called me as yet...The lady by the name of Manonyana said to me unfortunately the money can't be refunded she was not remorseful.....Their private banker are lazy respond to you after 5 minuets if not more they don't even apologies.... please don't opt for Private account at fnb !
I was so stressed , had a claim on my household insurance, claim was processed in 1 day …. Payment was made within 4 days ….
Hi I have ordered babby items online on the 02 of july i was told the items i bought were out of stock. .I must send proof of account for refund, I then send it to them . I made several follow up about my refund, I needed to use my airtime and sends emails no one assure me when will I will get my refund, I'm expecting a baby the was a reason i needed those items today its day 10 no communication or payout as yet. The services so poor....
My experience with Pick 'n Pay was terrible. Don't buy from them... stay away bought order online at 9 Am and now is 16.37 no delived . Bought close to R50 airtime follow upping no change ....
Vw is really disappointing me, i bought my car last year November as a brand new vehicle , first month after collecting the car had factory fault, now the same fault that happened a year i go is happening now..., on the 14.12. 2019. Yesterday when i call to check when im getting the vehicle, i was told that i would only get my car next year and if i have a problem, i should complian to VW SA. I complain at vw sa on Monday the said the will come back to me yesterday. Yesterday the were like i should speak with vw in Bryanston.... I spent my birthday without a car had to use public transport... The not even thinking of giving me car hire Im so disappointed i don't want anything to do with vw....

want to let people know about the bad experience We came across today, me and my husband were so excited to be traveling for the first time using a flight with kulula air travel, it happened dat we checked in online around 8am, flight was 11:50... So I called the customer service around 10 that if we get to the airport after 45 minutes isn't not going to affect us.... The agent's reply was as long as we did check in.... I'm writing this crying because of the bad service we received from this company... We had to pay R1900 on top of the amount we paid... N we have to wait for 19.00 to get onother flight.... They spoiled our day, coz we took unplanned loan because of the agent who mislead us... Amongs that when we called the customer service to complain the actual done nothing to help us.... Their respond was they have different call center, we were supposed to recall the name of the agent....
