Worst service ever. They came to do their fibre installation on Friday 10 October but the line is still not activated. They have beeeen sending a tech to check what could be the issue with the activation of the line but that person still has not pitched. You call and you are told the same story everyday
Horrible service. I have been waiting for a delivery for an entire week now. They called me to say delivery would take place on Wednesday, which did not happen. When I call them, I am constantly being told I will get a call back but no one calls back with any feedback. I have to keep contacting them
Worst service ever. Zero communication from them, you constantly have to follow up and find out what is going on. You are not even allowed to return an item if you do not like it. you can only exchange for something else
I placed an order online only to find out a few days later that they do not have stock. I cancelled the order but still have not received my refund. And no one even bothers responding to emails sent
I cancelled with Vodacom Fibre in May already, gave them their month’s notice but for some reason its still active and they keep telling me they are deleting it!!! I need to go over to another ISP but they are blocking all that for me
<p>Standard bank is charging me service fees every month for a card that they cannot even issue to me because" it shows nowhere on their system "BUT IM BEING CHARGED FOR IT. and no one has answers for me till this day. I have been waiting on feedback for weeks now </p>
