After my Cam belt snapped, I had it replaced, but the timing was not set correctly. So I thought it would be a good idea to bring it to professionals. Honda westrand sorted out the issue, and my car performed beautifully.... for 2 days. Had to tow my baby back to Honda, to be informed that the distributer had 'broken' They told me that they could get it reconditioned, but within the week, and installed the following week. however, this has not been the case. Honda has not contacted me at all, and every followup was done by myself. They have now had my car for 17 days, and still no feedback. Highly disappointed, and would NOT recommend this place. I just want my car back! Although she didnt perform before, at least she was mobile. I feel Honda westrand has destroyed my car as she doesnt even start after taking her to 'professionals'
DO NOT USE THIS 'provider' They are expensive, and DO NOT cover!!! I pay over R2600 / m and they refuse all claims, even in emergency. I died for 6 minutes, and they wanted a dead person to sign before treatment.
So I ordered a few products from their catalog, and was informed that delivery would be in about 10 days. They were very clear on why it was so long (Had to wait for stock from supplier) Completely understandable. I then received my delivery well before the estimated date, but, unfortunately, something was missing. I then clicked on the link in my receipt, and said something was missing. I got a reply the same day, (Friday) asking if the package was tempered with. I responded truthfully. That Sunday, I got an email stating that it was a packer error, with a heartfelt apology. My missing product was then delivered on the Tuesday. Now this is service delivery at its BEST! Well done Takealot!
I was rear ended by a customer of SBIB on Friday, and although the gentleman is being very nice and helpful, SBIB have not yet contacted me. The gentleman reported the case at SAPS on Friday, and gave me the case number, and checked that I, and my son were ok. This morning, he then provided me with the claim number, and said they Standard bank insurance brokers would contact me. I have sent a Call me back request from their website, and nothing. Why do I, as an innocent victim have to deal with this shocking service?! I need my vehicle repaired post haste!
After my accident, I took my bike to big boy - westrand for a quote, and left her there for the assessor to come out and view. They wrote off my bike, and when I went to collect her, they has stripped the CDI, and replaced it with a junk one, and my both the controls on the handles are not mine. They also took my headlight globe. This is not the first time either. In a previous accident, same story, but when I collected her, there was just not speedo cable.<br> I spoke to them about it, and they just denied everything.<br> These guys are nothing but thieves in my opinion.<br> Do not take your bike there people! They will strip your good parts and replace them with damaged ones!<br> <br> It is sad that they are able to lie like that directly to their customers. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing the in-justice they are doing.
After the accident, I contacted Bikefin to inform them of the incident. I spoke to Belinda, who was very helpful, however, my claim was rejected after they told me that my bike is a write off. The accident was caused by a BMW who is un-insured. Bikefin is now still deducting a monthly premium, but refusing cover.<br> This is simply unacceptable. I have called the call centre, and was told someone would call me, but no one has.<br> <br> Now, I have a written off bike that they are charging me every month, but not covering the damages.<br> Seems to me that they are money hungry, and too scared to even call the customers that they are stealing from.<br> <br> AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
What is the point of paying for insurance if they are not going to cover you???<br> And on top of that, after saying they will not cover for an accident that was not my fault, they continue to steal my money. <br> I demand a refund as you are making me pay for a service you refuse to offer!!!
