Took my phone for repairs on 04/12/2023 the next day I got a message that do it's waiting for parts delivery ,on 11/12/2023 I went to check it and I was told it will be back in store on the 14th...I went to the store on the 15th and m told it's not yet bk parts are there but it waiting for calliberation.now I have the cancel my trip home just to wait for a phone which I thought that I will get in about 7days because parts are available..also spending money on petrol going to the store because there is no feedback from them and even the job tracking system is just **** itself ..it shows that my phone is still on verification
Isince electricity went of on Sunday 28th August 2022 around 5pm during load reduction schedule, till today 30th August we don't have electricity, I reported the matter on the 29th August with reference:553110120, but still there is no Technician to come and resolve the issue, our food in the fridge is getting rotten this matter should have been resolved by now
I have been banking with FNB Business for some time now andd i have been paying high monthly fees which didnt really bother me until thius morning with i saw a debit on my account with reference " # Excess Item Fee 1 LTE ON 21/06/ .. I do not have an overdraft on my business account and i have never used my account while it does not have funds.. I want the money deposited back into my account by end of today or hell will break loose i cannot bank with such a bank that does this to client who are trying to survive from small businesses in this pandemic and hard lockdowns , in fact there is nothing beneficial about my gold business account besides high monthly fees
Always phone, don't get through service is ridiculous. Nobody gets back to you or gives you any feedback regarding your application
I have an account with build it mkhuhlu for my RDP project..ever since I started buying from the they give us a hustle when coming to deliveries..even right after calling them a number of times to make deliveries they do it at their own time..I bought 320 bags of cement on the 11 October 2017 ..they were short with 160 bags and today its the 23rd of October I'm still waiting for them even right after calling them a number of times they just give empty promises which give me no option but to close my account with build it.
<p>Iam complaing for the second time in just a week about vodacom and in both ocassions i was told that my new phone will be deliverd to me but till now there is no phone .. i re-applied and waited for my phone but still nothing from vodacom just to be told that my order has been cancelled for the second time ..any way thanks for nothing vodacom and your online stuff members , i hope Mtn will be of better service .</p>
<p>last week i applied for a new contract wih vodacom and i was so pleased to hear that my contract has been apporved and that i will be getting my phone within 48hrs after they have debited from my bank account . So this week (monday) i called to enquire about my delivery but i was told that i requested to cancel the contract which i never did , so i was told to apply again which i did and got a new reference but since then iam being sent from one consultant to another with different stories like my contract is still pending, sytem is offline , i should call sales department and at salesdepartment the also tell me to call online department , i dont even remeber how many consultant i spoke to or even their names because of the frustration , i was very sure that by now i will be having my new phone but iam very dissapointed with VODACOM , the situation is very frustrating and stressing as iam not getting any help and i for sure know that it doesnt have to be such a difficult process to get a canotract phone if your credit record is good. :(</p> <p>Tnx </p> <p>Mangaliso Archibald Ngobeni</p> <p>ID ********** 558085</p> <p>REF ********** 4 AND ********** 3</p>

I have been a nedbank client for years but ever since i switched to the nedbank gold cheque account im having problems..im aware of the transactions i make and wat should be left in my account.The billing/charges is just not right and i cant even explain what happens to the money in my account..its very ridiculous and i need to know why this is happening..I kept on ignoring it but its not acceptable anymore ..Im no longer happy with nedbank
