i am writing this email just a few hours after losing my beloved best friend ..my beloved dog..... i am in absoulte shock regarding the agressive and bullying behvaiour of the male staff from ashburn vet , The incident took place on 09/01/2026 @ 12 :30 A.M (Eaily parts of the morning ) when my very eldery dog suddenly collapsed and was in his final stages of life,, i urgently required assistance as i wanted him eautinized ,as i could not allow to see him suffer in pain. i called ashburn vet, A lady answered my call, i had advised her that i need to bring my dog for Euthanasia as he is very critical and in a coma, she puts the phone on loud speaker and made another male staff speak to me as he refused to come to the phone. When i advised him that he needs to come closer to the phone as i cannot hear him he became extreamily abbrupt towards me over the phone, All i could hear was that he is shouting towards me and saying he is busy !!!!! ,he kept on shouting .....I was so afraid to bring my dog there as i could not allow my dog to be seen or treated by such an aggressive individual .......unfortunally my dog passed away while i was looking for another 24 hour vet i called in 2 hours later to get his name as i want to report this matter to the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC), The same individual answered the phone , i requsted his name, he laughed and hanged up . When i called in the second time , he advised me in a hostile tone that if i want his name i must come to the vet now and meet him personally and he will give his name !!!!! To the owners of of ashburn vet .... how are your allowing a staff wIth such hostiality working around animals !!!!!! i am going to personally report this to the complaints board due to the fact that indivduals like this is a danger to society especially when dealing with animals

After writing such a great positive review a few days back about king price, sadly i have to take my words back and write a very bad review due to the turn of events that occurred NAME :AVINASH.MOONAISUR POLICY NO : KP 257 5838 CLAIM NO : CKP 257 5838 / 1 CONTACT NO :072 538 3870 i had comprehensive households contents cover with kings price. A few weeks ago some of my contents including 2 of my aircon units got damaged due to a surge. When the assessor came to my property, The process went on smooth sailing in terms of overall service. I have received confirmation agreement notification via email that my claim was all approved to the amount of R12,236.06 in which i was impressed thus far with the service and promises from king price. i started to get quotes and prepare for my aircons to be installed since i knew i am getting payed out There after, a few hours later i was shocked whereby i received another confirmation email with a different amount stating i am only getting payed out R6,633.00 !!! i thereafter proceeded and called the king price agent. The agent notified me that they now decided they won't be paying for the aircon because it's a household structural item ..... (FROM APPROVING THE CLAIM...TO THERE AFTER DECLINING IT?????) I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR CLAIMS MANAGER SASHA BUT OUR CONVERSATION WAS GOING NO WAY AS SHE SAID NOTHING CAN BE DONE!!!! THIS IS REALLY WRONG AND ACTING IN BAD FAITH FROM A SUCH A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE KING PRICE BECAUSE EVERYTING WAS ALREADY APPROVED BUT AT A LATER STAGE THEY CHANGED THERE MINDS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I EVEN RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION LETTER STATING THAT THEY APPROVED ALL THE ITEMS THAT WAS DAMAGED BY THE SURGE. i am a strong firm believer that a "KING SHOULD ALWAYS FULFILL HIS PROMISES TO HIS FOLLOWERS"since the claim was already APPROVED AND AGREED in the first place. I want people to be aware of my experience with king price since its actually shocking that a company can approve a claim and then all of a sudden decline it. TO BE HONEST ...I AM TOTALLY APPALED THAT A COMPANY CAN ACUALLY DO THIS TO THEIR CLIENTS....!!!!!! I INSTRUCT THIS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE HIGHEST MANAGERIAL AUTHORITY OF KING PRICE.. I am totally appalled with the shocking service from Ram to Ram couriers. I had an urgent package that needed to be collected from 77 southvale Avenue in Durban Phoenix and delivered to the takealot Johannesburg Distribution centre by friday. Due to this package being needed to be urgently sent to Johannesburg on friday i had payed an extra amount, i have waited the entire day today ( Thursday) ,Yet no one had came to pick up my order. I there after go online to track my order, i see my order was assigned to Govender,Darren. The tracking information stated i wasnt available, WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE !!!!. I havent even received a phone call from him regarding picking of my order or of him being lost or even him outside my premises....Then around 4 :45 pm today,I called and spoke to a lady by the name of lauren lee..She assured me she will check on my order and call me back right away...I waited for her call,But yet again she didn't even call me back !!!! This is unacceptable customer service....I urge this email be sent to the highest management for a proper investigation as my company lost alot of money due to this package not reaching in time. Im totally disappointed with the service i received at Telkom Durban Gateway branch with the staff name Tyronne.. Its being almost 2 weeks and i still haven't received my device. I choose the may 40" gigs lte special... SO approximately About 2 weeks ago i went to the store wereby i singed up for the lte package. He advised me that i will get my order in 3 working days.after going back to the store my order still wasn't approvedAnd i must wait for his calI when the order is ready.. I even spoke to the Manager of the store..!!!!! ... I. went to the store AGAIN on Saturday and i was told to come back yet again when he is on duty duty because only he can help me.... . WHICH IS REALLY STRANGE.. THIS IS SUCH SHOCKING SERVICE!!! . PRIOR TO ME EVEN GOING TO THE STORE I CALLED THE TELKOM CUSTOMER CARE AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WAS APPROVED... as i called the call centre for verification and the agent told me it's approved . Tyrone even called me on Friday to say my order is ready but then phoned me again to say theys a problem. I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE How UNPROFESSIONAL HE can be . i urgently need this matter to be investigated as its going to be 3 weeks since i have singed the contract without getting my product and i will have to take it up with the consumer protection department My CONTACT NUMBER IS ********** REGARDS AVINASH.
