I was referred to use this company for sorting out my pension. I dealt with Helyn Molekwa and she was amazing fro. The beggining constantly keeping me updated during the process. I cant thank her enough for the great service.
I wish there was less than a 1 star, this company and its con artist of a director Marko Lemke who deserves to be in jail. He is a thief and has no clue when it comes to running a reputable business. He basically takes 80% deposits and then you get 1 lie after the other and absolutely no delivery of what is promised. I do not know how a person like this is allowed to run a business. He has scammed who knows how many people including myself. We plan to continue to pursue this scamster through the legal system until justice is served. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him or any company he is ever involved in.
I have recently started using the roll on deodorants from this company and so far so good loving the product and service is fantastic, I placed an order and within 3 days I received my parcel. It is so refreshing to get such great service.
I have had my pet insurance with Dotsure for as long as I can remember, all 3 of my pets are now on Dotsure and I have numerous claims between them and I got to say the service received is awesome. The response is quick, they keep you in the loop follow up with phone calls and I cant recall waiting longer than 2 weeks to be refunded and generally when it is a bit longer it is because I have completed the claim correctly.
I have been dealing with Greenpoint since early April 22. In the beggining everything was so efficient quotes, feedback, information I dealt with Elsie who was on top of things. Finally found a solar solution that ticked all my boxes. I paid 80% deposit on 17 May 22. After paying the deposit I started getting vague feedback and no confirmed date for my installation from Elsie. I eventually spoke to Lee Mienie on 26 May 22 you put me at ease and confirmed stock will be arriving latest 2 June 22 and that installation would begin immediately. 2 June 22 called Lee to confirm stock had arrived and still on schedule, Lee confirmed the stock had arrived and he was checking everything. Spoke to Lee midday and put entire blame on supplier that they had sent the incorrect stock which seemed odd to me as they only sell 1 unit. I reached out to the supplier to confirm Lee's story which they confirmed was a blatant lie stock was never paid for or delivered. I then spoke to Marko the owner I believe who said all the correct things blamed the pressure his staff was under and that they had overpromised the lead time to me and gave me his word he would sort it out and that my solar system would be up and running by 10 June 22. I was told only to deal with Marko who at first was in communication with me but everyday was a different story and different excuse as to why my stock wasn't ordered and paid for. It has gotten to the stage that he doesn't take my calls and when and if I get feedback on whatsapp it is another excuse and no commitment to when I will have installation.
I purchased a Fender bluetooth speaker from Takealot in early January 2019, and after confirming the order and delivery by Takealot I was informed that my order was cancelled as they could no longer honour the price, not even a courtesy call just an email. I made contact with the local distributor of Fender in SA Paul Bothner Music and dealt with Philip Pells and all I can say what great service from Philip who completely wowed me with his professionalism and ability to save the deal from a customer who was ready to never use Fender again. I manage to get my speaker at the price I was originally quoted along with some really cool freebies thrown in to sweeten the deal. Delivery was quick and payment easy. Thank you Philip and Fender for great customer service, I love my speaker.
I place and paid for an order on the 1 January 2019 and delivery was scheduled for 11 January 2019. On 7th January I received notification that my order is delayed and will be delivered in 3-5 working days. On the 10th January I received notification that my order has been cancelled due to an incorrect price from Takealot. This is totally unacceptable they had this item advertised at the same price for over a month as I have been monitoring it in my wishlist. I cant believe a business like Takealot can conduct business like this it is so unethical and unacceptable.
I have had my ADSL line for about 2 years now and when I originally got it installed I was told that I could go up to 10mb line. In the past a 4mb line has worked just fine but a couple of months ago I decided to upgrade the speed of my line only to be told by Telkom that 4mb line is the maximum. No reason or explanation given passed on from call agent to call agent and I still don't know why I was told I could have 10mb and now only 4mb available. I have now decided to move both my ADSL line and data to Afrihost and I sent cancellation documents through to Telkom on 25.01.2016 to cancel my ADSL line rental. I have called during the month to check that the line has been cancelled as I know their service is bad. Everytime I have called I am told it still isnt been cancelled and I must resend documents. I have sent documentation 3 or 4 times now. I am suppose to be moving over to new service provider today only to find out Telkom still hasn't cancelled my ADSL line. After giving them well over a months notice. When i call the call centre and after being passed from 1 call agent to another, I am told that the agent will email the cancellations department and they will call me back.
Over the festive season I ordered 2 pairs of sandals that they were running on special. I received my goods but one of the pairs was slightly damaged. I began the returns process and within a couple of days they had collected and delivered a replacement pair. It was a nice breath of fresh air not having to constantly follow up and check what the status is. Thank you Superbalist for great service.
In May I phoned to cancel my contract as MTN was offering a better deal and I was out of contract. After going through to the retentions department I was promised minutes and data to match the deal offered at MTN. Now in the 1st month of the new contract I have been told my limit has been reached and this is because everything they had promised to be added onto my contract HAS NOT been done and I have already been 3 days without being able to make calls. When I called them I was told I would have to wait up to 7 days for this to be resolved....unbelievable still 3 days in I haven't heard one thing from vodacom who if knows if they are sorting it out. QUICK TO PROMISE, SLOW TO DELIVER<br> Here I am weeks after being promised that this will be investigated, never once contacted by phone but sent an email last week stating this had been sorted but when I phone the customer care line it still has not been fixed. This is ridiculous if you cant deliver what you promise, cancel both my contracts refund me for the minutes and data I have not used due to your incompetence and I can move to a service provider who wants my business and can honor their promises.
