Our business took out a contract with Telkom with 2 lines and internet line in September 2013 and on 24 February 2025 they just stopped our internet and said that they are not using cooper lines anymore and we did not even receive any notice of this cancelation from Telkom by e-mail or phone call. We are getting billed for it every moth and we said that we will not make payment on the Lite uncapped (20Mps) they are still billing us for. We phoned them a lot and today I spoke to a lady called Charmaine and she told me that we have to cancel the internet in order for them to cancel it. I told her no we did not cancel it and that they cancelled it because they stopped the internet without informing us and they must cancel with us then because we did not want to cancel it. They are still not correcting our account or taken of the internet, and we still cannot make payment on our phone line for the business. This is very poor service from Telkom. We want to switch to fibre with Telkom, and they did send a quotation, but we are waiting for the correct quotation because the 1st one has a system on and we have our own switchboard system, which is compatible with the need for the fibre, we paid over R12 000 for it. Telkom service is very poor, and it is if they want people to go to other companies and not to be a customer from Telkom with this poor attitude.
I sent an parcel on the 1 November from PEP 0184 Upington to PEP Port Nolloth P0494. I did received an sms that it was pick up and I did the received an sms on the 3 Nov 2023 that it is on its way to Port Nolloth. And that was it I never received any notification after that one. I went on google to track the parcel and I could not even find it on the system D531020271320 as it shows on the sms. an assistant came n to help me and it shows the name Arles. The assistant also could not even find the parcel PEP D53102027130/rout P0494. I want to know what happen to the parcel and why is it not on the system even more? I did sent a lot of parcels in the past and if this is the case, I will not send anything and I will tell people about this. this is *****ing and not taking responsibility for it.

I want to lock in with my pin and just I have put in my pin, the app is taking me straight to Tobi the robot and say I have to reset my pin, why I do not know, normally they sent me an sms to very the OP NUMBER. Tobi the Robot cannot help you you have to chat to an consultant and I did.... I give my mail address, phone number and they ask you what you bought last and how much money you still have on there...I cannot remember what amount data I last bought or if I have R2 or R6 on the app.I also do not know if I am kn Lite, essential or pro package besuase I really did not think that any that ever matters....I did this like 3 times and they cannot help me because I am an crok trying to lock in to my own account. A lady even phone me and after a while said she count he'll me if I di not remember if I am on Lite, essential or pro.... So be very carefully if this hapoens to you, they ask you yall this to reset and if you cannot remember and you have alot of money on your app, you can kiss it Tata kobaai maraai... you will not go on and you will not see you your money again.... be careful lucky I dot not have alit on there.... Vefg bad service if you you cannot remember and standing with your phone in your hand znd they do not even to OP by sms or email... I mean it is still me... no I will not recommend it to anyone one.....
I am struggeling with DSV to collect packages from Sheriff's. They said that I have to e-mail them the waybill and manifest in order to collect it and when I do it is still not done 3 days later. Last time I struggled to get an parcel from Johannesburg to Upington and 3 weeks later It was delivered at our frim. It is not the best courier serves company and I am not happy and satisfied with them. The people in the head office, I cc you in the e-mails and not one word or response from you guys, how nice and then you want to ay you work hard- I ask at doing what? But man when it comes to the invoice and paying it.... I always ask for the CEO or managers e-mail but never an get it
Nobody from Rossouw's attorneys phoned but me every month I see on my Nedbank credit card that they are taking two payments for themselves for the SMS they are sending me. I tried to phone them on the phone number on the SMS and they phone number do not even ring. They are a fraud, why would a business use them if they don't even phone the person to say that you are outstanding on your account and please make a payment every month. We also are a attorneys firm and we phone the people. I am very upset about the monthly money that are going off my credit card at Nedbank and I will look into it to see wat I can do about it! I am also upset with Nedbank, they go a notice that I have put myself under debt Counselling because I want to pay my accounts and have to pay anything to anyone any more because every one is making money of people who are struggling financial. I am going to contact the Legal Practice Council to find out how I can lay a formal complaint against them, because it looks like they are afraid to phone me in person but they are taking my money for work that was not done and Nedbank do not care about it.
Vodacom what's up ticket still not working for 3 months now.
Ek het my sel nommer al in 2006 gekry en het nog dieselfde nommer wat 'n pay as you go nommer was. My man het in 2010 my nommer oorgdra na 'n kontrak op sy naam wat hy betaal en sy eie nommer ook. As hulle wil iets verkoop of upgrade dan bel hulle vir my en my nommer is nie die hoof nommer nie en ek gee elke keer sy nommer vir hulle om hom te bel en hulle doen nooit. Ek is goed genoeg om 'n kans te vat om iets aan te verkoop, maar nie om my eie probleme uit te sorter nie. Elke keer as ek 'n probleem het kry ek niks opgelos nie want hulle wil my nie help nie en se hulle moet met hom praat en hy kan nie altyd nie want hy is 'n Prokureur en is besig in die hof of met kliente die hele tyd. Ek het vandag met R55 gelaai sodat ek die R550 kan kry vir eendag. Ek het al gebel 'n voorige keer en 'n man het vir my gese ek hoef nie bekommerd te wees nie want hulle vat eers van die R550. Ek het vanoggend data gekoop en my data is klaar en die R550 is nog daar vir een dag…… My kontrak is al klaar, ek het 'n sms gekry dat ek weer kan inkom, maar ek dink ek gaan dit kanseleer en my nommer weer op pay as you sit by MTN en al vat dit my 6 maande is dit reg. Very bad service. We booked and paid for an Collection on Wednesday morning the 17th July to be picked up from Upington to go to Kimberley, I phoned headoffice before making the online booking and the lady said that the parcel will collected the same day. They did not show up, I phoned the 18th and the lady apologise and said that the branch said they will pick up on the 17th and they did not show. I phoned today and complain a lot and the lady phoned the branch and said they will be here to pick up in 45min, I want to see if they are going to show up. the parcel is paid to be picked up and to be delivered but there services is very poor and bad.
I was contacted in Desember month by your firm, it was explained to me that Anglo debt can help me reduce my monthly instalments and save me money. I ask how much it is going to cost me and it was explained to me that I pay full the first 2 months and the money the reduce on monthly instalments is the payment to Anglo Debt, and that I can stop at any given moment if I am not happy. I agreed to that. After my first 2 instalments that Anglo took my accounts was not payed and I phoned Anglo Debt and it was explained to me that the first two payment Anglo are taking as full payment and nothing more. After my third payment I phoned Monday and ask when my account will be payed because Home choice is asking for proof of payment because they want to hand me over to the attorney and I phoned again. Yolande said that my accounts where payed and that she did sent me a statement per e-mail. I told her that I did not receive any statement from Anglo Debt and if she can sent me it again. I still have not receive a statement from her. I received a sms on the 21 May that state that Pmt received: R2300.59 DC Fees: R518.60 PDA Fees: R45.00. Pay to Creditors R1736.99. I want to know what fees this is you are taking very month? I am in more debt now before I accepted Anglo Debt recue in December under false pretences. I am not very happy and you will not get one sent from me further on. I am going to stop the order from my bank account and if you are taking my money with a deduction I will open a case of fraud against Anglo Debt Counsellors. It is unacceptable to lay to people like this!
