In the past week I ordered some items on Game Online store, upon receiving the items I discovered that an item (Sprite 24’s) has expired [order number: 1244606526] I then sent an email and the response was I can return the item in my nearest Game store because I may be charged for pickup/ return. I then choose the option to drop it at Game Amanzimtoti Galleria Mall on 06/11/2025. When I arrived in store I told them that the invoice/ reciept that was sent via email for the online purchase was not downloading. They told me they can’t assist. I asked them to assist me by calling the Online from their store landline because my battery was about to die but they did not assist still. I called the Online customer service number and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and assisted me with Gold Star Of Customer Service… the sent me the invoice I needed that I needed for me to be able to return the item as they requested it at Game Amanzimtoti Galleria Mall. Worse part is the sticker on the item shows the Online order was dispatched from the very Game store Amanzimtoti!!! After I went back to show them the invoice the lady left and said she is going on lunch and pointed some other Indian lady to assist me, when I got to the Indian lady she just kept quiet and left her workstation. I had spent an hour in that store without being assisted. I then just left the item there in their store unattended and decided to leave without getting my refund back due to the poor service I received from that store. I am very disappointed at the treatment I received however I do want my refund, note I left the returned item in the store coz no wanted to assist.
I placed an order with Lovisa online on 14/05/2025. The following day 15/05/25 I received an email stating my order has been dispatched and will be delivered on 16/05/25 by 17:00pm. I cancelled my plans and stayed home to receive my order which never arrived, I inquired about this Friday night and they kept saying “my is on the way” On 19/05/25 they still made a fool of me & kept me waiting for nothing, on that Monday evening they said they will deliver on 20/05/25… again I had to take time off from work so that should the driver/ delivery guy arrived I be there, once again I was made a fool as they never delivered my parcel. It been over a week now and they have a terrible customer service especially from Annie who doesn’t seem to put the customer needs first, she is unable to solve customer issues. She said I will have to wait for about 5days to get my refund even though I told her to arrange with another store but noooo, she is refusing with my money… that time I now need to get a gift elsewhere but how do I do that since she is refusing with my money coz I need my money today or arrange with another store. Yes their jewellery quality is bad but their customer service is even worse.
I ordered a book online and paid as it was showing they do have IN STOCK. The turn around delivery/ courier waiting period is 1-3 days. It has been more that 7 working days and I haven’t received the book I ordered and paid for. I tried to contact them on their whatapp but they are ignoring me… that is their company whatapp where they need to interact with customers but they don’t bother to respond and giving feedback. I called the store today and spoke to some lady who told me that the book is suddenly out of stock!!! She advised the books may arrive mid month… that time the book is needed as in yesterday!!! I worked with online purchases before and I know they probably didn’t set aside / capture my online order on time and the book was sold to someone else!!! I want my money back
I lost my job due to being retrenched. I informed Boodle Loans collections department & they requested some documents from me which I sent. They then sent me a credit life insurance form which I filled & sent back to them. The credit life insurance claim was approved but Boodle Loans still attempts to deduct monies from my account & also send threatening messages & emails forcing me to pay them or else they will hand me over whereas the credit life insurance claim was approved and paid out monthly as per statements I've been receiving. I have querying this with them as they do this every month which is very irritating. I would never recommend taking a loan from this business as they will become your worst nightmare should it happen ones loses their job even though credit life insurance claim pays out!!
Used Lay-up to purchase a cellphone at Cellucity, the phone was R8 999.00 and I had paid R8 289.00... the remaining balance I had to pay was R710.00. My Lay-up was going to expire on the 20th of March however due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel it. I am aware that there is a cancellation fee and have no problem with that. I did the cancellation on 11/03/24 but have not yet been refunded. I contacted Lay-up support telephonically and was informed that it will take 3 working days to get my refund. Sent an email and was told it takes 5-7 working days, went the the app chat and was told I must wait 7 working days. All these 3 people I contacted seem to be singing a different tune but are working for the same company. I am very unhappy with the service I get and the way they operate. I WANT MY REFUND!!! THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS IS RUN!!!!
Overcharged me and deducted even after finishing paying off my loan. Do not borrow money from them ****mers... can send 100 emails & call them no body will assist
