I have been receiving sms about tv licence debt for my late Mom,My Mom passed on 2025 April she had no tv licence when i called the number of the debt collector i was told the account was opened 2025 October and the strange thing is that my sister also gets the same sms,this is not good at all how does a deceased person open an account i need my mom details and my contact details aswell as my sister to be removed on their system
Good day, I had a bad customer service from Clicks Park Meadows, i went there with the intentions of buying a peanut snack, on the shelf price tag was R15,99 when i got to the till to a cashier by the name of Thabiso it scanned R29.99 i told him its the wrong price he sent the merchandiser to check he found the very same price and told me its sitting on the wrong place,i told both of them its not my fault he called the manager who did not take my story he went to the place where it and did not find the price because the merchandiser has already removed,i waited there with no communication from the manager he just stood there i asked the cashier who was very rude & arrogant whats the way forward he said he doesnt know the management will decide with an attitude, the other thing i want to raise when i was walking to the till the cashier(Thabiso) & the merchandiser were gossiping about the customers that were there before me not knowing that I even know them, I told him I'm gonna tell the ladies he was not bothered also address the manager(with beard) to stop this language of his he is using to the customer its very annoying he must just do a simple greeting to a customer not that language he uses we not interested in his dictionary English.
Hi i bought groceries last month online and one item was missing i have been calling their customer service more than five times and i was promised refund will be done but its not done,might be a small money but i want my money,this month again i bought grocery and i never received an invoice like they normally send some of the items when not delivered that were on my order i also realised that they overcharged me👎worst service ever
I bought a blind online unfortunately it was small size i logged a return on the 2nd of October but still struggling i call the call centre daily but i dont get help they always tell me someone will call me which never happens,im sitting with a blind i dont need no one comes and collect and i need the refund.
Worst company ever 😡i have been trying to contact them since the 2nd of September,trying to submitt my withdrawal but i keep on getting message that they cant submitt my application,you cant reach them anywhere😡
Worst service iam receiving from Multichoice,i have been having an issue with my explora decoder,its 1 & half week now,decoder not playing aftr loadshedding keeps on scanning and switching off ,i called multichoice several times with no assistance,i took my decoder to Maponya walk in centre i was told the decoder does not have a problem,the lady told me she flushed everything it will be fine i asked her to give me a new one since i have insurance she told me they dont have stock,when i got home decoder only played for few hours then started rebooting and switching off,ihave tried to engage with someone on their social platform im a told again to take it back to the nearest walk in centre which is time consuming,iam fustrated iam unable to watch tv while i pay for the service and insurance,i get no joy from Multichoice
My pvr functions are disconnected aftr i laid a complaint last week tht they disconnected my decoders aftr i won a free package upgrade,so now it pvr functions that i disconnected,really multichoice is messing with its customers,i called their customer service im put on hold for more than 15min being assisted by a lady called Nobuhle,im told i need to pay extra R17 for them to connect the function,what a rip off ,what a scam,im so upset😡😡😡😡😡
Good morning, i have won a free upgrade with dstv for a month,on the day they were suppose to debit my account they never did aftr days they switch off my dstv,im so angry with dstv i nned the issue to be sorted out
Good afternoon Iam really tired with this service provider,everymonth its a different issue,last month i complained about their billing issue,no one even bothered to revert back to me,the is a lot going every month on my account today i just realised they removed the pvr access,nothing was communicated i really dont know what service is this,when you call the callcentre you are put on hold for 30minutes and the hang up on you.its really fustrating and unfair because i pay on time monthly.
Good day I have an issue with Multichoice,the ir billing system is a mess when i log in to my profile i see tht i have to pay double the amount that i pay,i first made contact with their agent on facebook i was told i have two packages and have upgraded i told the agent i have never upgraded i then requested the voice recording and the date but was not assisted i was told they escalating my issue,same day after an hour i called in an agent by the name of (Zicina)not really sure about the name put me on hold for 30 minutes??she then told me the same story that i have two packages wich i have upgraded i tried to explain to her she hung up the phone on me after i was put on hold for half an hour,Multichoice need to fix their billing system im not paying double the amount for all the repeats they show us why would i take an extra package that i know i wont be able to pay,i need them to fix their billing issue or cancel my subscription
