Been sitting late evening waiting for food to arrive. Cant contact the driver and can’t contact the help center(before 5). 1star for service and help centre performance( needs to actually be contactable)
Once again have been unable to resolve this via the standard bank call center(been on hold for an hour now). I have really strange behavior on my credit card when trying to make online transactions. I want this promptly resolved otherwise we can just close the credit card and ill go get one that actually functions.
This isp is terrible. I signed up for a line and have spent the last three days been unable to get hold of anybody. Don’t bother trying to phone, they don’t answer(actually convinced that there isn’t anybody there to answer). Their watsapp may result in a response 3 hours later if you’re lucky and then it’s somewhat 50/50 whether they actually do something useful. Stay away, I’m stuck with them now as I signed up and I’m sure releasing the line will be as difficult at least as signing up.
Please stop with your automated direct marketing. Im on the opt out list and you are calling me twice day. I will never do business with you now(too irritated), but I will keep reviewing you here badly until it stops.
Kind of at my wits end with their technical support. My line is almost consistently up and down all the time and I can’t get them to fix the issue. Been logging calls for the last 3 weeks that simply get signed off each time the line is brought back up only for it go down numerous times during the day.
Upgraded to premier only to have all my internet app access removed from my accounts. Lady on the phone made me clear my profile and now i cant access my pin numbers for my new cards or add them(as that requires a pin). Stay away from this bank.
So after my last complaint i was finally contacted by someone claiming to be my personal banker. Promises were made that the issue with my email had been resolved and that i would receive her contact details for future communications. Rather predictably, i have received no email correspondence from her since yesterday so don't even know who to contact now about the failed credit card application. Anyway, at this point, cancelling the application and closing my existing accounts really seems like the most expedient thing to do...
I am a prestige banker who is supposed to have a personal banker, much good that does. Im trying to get my cheque and credit card but cannot spend 4 hours in a queue as there are no branches available. stay away from this bank and certainly stay away from their prestige options(they charge more for no particular benefit).
Disgusting. Im trying to get hold of the fraud department and keep getting what seems to be an open line with no one responding(i can hear people in the background). Its the fraud department! Are you being serious? Think im done with mtn...
Once again, concerning my standard bank gold credit card... They once again stopped sending me statements and now i found out that i am 10k in arrears on the card and have no way of knowing whether its correct(haven't swiped it in ages). Phone in to find that some strange email address is registered to my card and that i will be charged to see the bank statements i should have already received. Anyway, closing this card and settling this account. Stay away from this bank, you money isn't safe with them...
