Good afternoon, I have been a customer of Wesbank for many many years and they are currently assisting me through financial difficulties with an existing agreement that I have with them, and am very grateful. Unfortunately my situation has deteriorated even further and I need to sell the vehicle and try get a cheaper replacement (as its for my wife and kids). Please does anyone know which the right person in the right department is that may be able to assist with advise and possible solutions to assist me wife and I... not a customer service agent, but an experienced advisor? Thank you
I have several contracts with Vodacom. I lost two businesses during and after covid and have been desperately trying to cut my living expenses due to a reduced income. I approached Vodacom a few months back to assist in reducing my contact values, of which they said they could not assist and I would need to settle the accounts. I have thus asked for settlement accounts from Vodacom, they sent me some but not all. I contacted them again to resend the missing settlement accounts, which were sent to my old email address, I updated this and phoned back to ask them to send to the updated address and Vodacom have now blocked my number because I have called the call centre too often!!! I have been a client for 26 years! I have 6 contracts and now I have been blocked because I have called to often and am being accused of *****ulent activities!!! Honestly I have had a rough patch with Vodacom the past few years and this just re-affirms my decision to settle ALL my accounts and move on. Vodacom... please can I ask you to email me all my settlement statements for ALL my accounts, since you have blocked me.
It really is impossible to surpass the service and product that OUTsurance offers. They bettered the price, bettered the offering and I have complete peace of mind knowing that I am in the hands of undoubtably the best insurance team in the country! Good to be home
It was a very easy and quick process, the consultant was always eager to assist with a solution that I was 100% happy with. Professional service. I am glad to be back 😀
I have five Vodacom contracts, ranging from cell phone, laptop and mobile data packages. My mobile internet has been down more often than not the last week and a bit. I contacted Vodacom and they informed me that there was an issue with 50 meg line in debt there was nothing I could do on my side. As of today the line is still down, I have exhausted all my own personal data as well as my wife’s personal data I’ve been forced to top up on numerous occasions costing me additional money, and still the mobile Internet is not working. Please can somebody contact me and let me know how long this is still going to be a problem, as I am still forced to pay my monthly premium as well as the additional data it is costing me on my phone and my wife’s phone, this is cost on cost.
Please can someone send me cancellation statements for all my accounts. I want to settle all my accounts at the end of the month. 25 years with Vodacom and I get treated like a ********
I have been a Vodacom Customer for 24 years. As time has gone, I have been able to expand my Vodacom portfolio to include my wife, kids, fibre, business etc. Unfortunately I lost my second start-up business last year due to the long term implications of Covid (lack of business) having lost my first business at the start of Covid. I am now in a position, where I have had to surrender my home, car and have been entered into Debt Rehabilitation, having my bank accounts frozen. I cannot honour my accounts as before. I understand that Vodacom contracts need to be paid up and in order to do that I need to pay a settlement amount. The honest truth is I have no money, I earn a lesser salary now doing admin work and I am asking if Vodacom can please assist me in even downscaling the contract packages that I have to allow me to honour the contracts through but to also ensure that I can honour the monthly payments. Please can you assist, or advise if there is any way or any options of achieving a lesser payment for my accounts? Kind Regards
I have been an ABSA Home Loans Customer for 18 years and have had 3x Home Loans with ABSA, never missing a single payment. At the start of covid I lost my business, I started another business and lost it last year, along with my home (through SA Home Loans) and my vehicle. I decided to sell my properties with ABSA in order to pay for debt incurred from Covid and be able to support my family. I have sold two of the properties with the last is currently on the market. Beginning of this month I had no money as I am in a poor financial state from incurred Covid debt. I notified ABSA that the debit for the property would be late and that payment would be made on the 14th of June. They made a note and accepted the arrangement. The amount was paid on the 14th! Now they have placed a hold on my account, disallowing me any activity to try use my account to access funds available to me!!! They say nothing can be done and even though this is capital that I have paid into the account, they will not let me access it as my account is locked!! I made an arrangement and the agreed. I honoured my promise and now I am getting punished. ABSA, I have been good to you for 18 years, times are tough and as an ex-small business owner I suffered from Covid. Now I have had to sell all my assets and trying to access a bit of money THAT I PAID IN TO THE ACCOUNT to support my family until the property gets sold! 18 years and what a kick in the face. All I can say is that I will never look to ABSA or recommend or support them ever again.
Good day. I purchased a Mitsubishi Xpander with 12000km as a Demo from CMH Honda The Glen in Johannesburg. The vehicle was sold to us by Ayanda Chapi. We were told that the vehicle was a demo and only had 12000km. Up inspection and collection, we noted the vehicle had in fact 18000km and had been advertised to us incorrectly. We however took the vehicle. When we dropped off our trade-in, it was never even properly received, inspected, etc. Our trade in was only ever confirmed and priced according to photos. We parked it in the parking lot at CMH Honda and no one signed it in or checked it or anything. We are now at a stage where we need to sell the vehicle and are being turned down as multiple people have identified that the vehicle was in a significant accident prior to us purchasing it and had substantial body work! One individual commented that it appears the vehicle was rolled over! This is horrific, as this was never disclosed to us, we were made aware that the vehicle was a nearly new demo and we paid premium price for that! We paid for a demo and received an accident damaged vehicle that is now being identified by professional eyes and we are now the ones to suffer as they are not willing to purchase the vehicle, and those that are offering, are willing to pay a minimal amount because of the previous damages. We were conned here and are now in a terrible position. We are fortunate that the car did not give any issues on the road that could have caused my family to have an accident. Again.... IF I KNEW THE CAR WAS IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT BEFORE, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT FOR MY WIFE AND KIDS. I would like feedback on this on how this will be resolved.
