Probably the worst ISP for any business connectivity service (rather lack thereof). Their own support ticket system does not even work. Promises made to escalate support and then closes unresolved support requests. Constantly offline due to generators running dry. I can not believe that Bitco hasn't stepped up their game and it's only the first week of 2026.
I would like to commend Trisha Govender for going the extra mile and always answering correspondence in a timely manner. Trisha has been our rock throughout the process in obtaining our clearance certificate. Thank you is simply not enough. A true gem at Debt Rescue!
Terrible service and even worse attitude from staff. Staff members seem to forget that they represent the company brand and values. Woolworths Magalies View in Rustenburg will no longer enjoy my patronship.
<p>I'm a regular customer of BK, however what I witnessed tonight at the Rustenburg branch, will make any sane person cringe. Kitchen staff not wearing gloves when preparing food and total disregard of what surface is used when preparing food and seemingly ignoring any heygienic guidelines (if such guidelines exist), makes me wonder how clean the rest of the place is. I strongly recommend that staff be retrained regarding kitchen heygiene and healthy food prep. Until then, Burger King will not enjoy my patronship. Totally disgusted!</p>
PART 2: I was issued with a rental car (which I was grateful for) and had to return said car to the dealer by end of 22nd of Feb, as I received it and with a full tank. Now, I wonder - my car was left at the dealer for repairs with a FULL tank of fuel - and I totally understand that test runs have to be made, but at MY COST?! The rental car was returned as requested and although dirty from daily use, generally returned the way I got it. Not the case with my car though. Filthy seats and a QUARTER of a tank used. It looks as if though my car was issued with the grimiest mechanic that left butt and hand prints everywhere; and I have taken pictures as proof. I'm really not satisfied with the service and will DEFINITELY NOT buy another vehicle from them, nor recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!
I bought a BRAND NEW Ranault Sandero Stepway 900T from Lionel Motors [URL Removed] the third vehicle from this dealership, in January 2015 and I've had no end to problems with this car. The problems however I could have lived with if it wasn't for the absolute pathetic service I've received from this dealership. The first issue was a screeching front left brake. Only the front left one. And upon return of the vehicle, the dealer reckoned that I should hose off the wheel every day to get rid of any build-up of 'whatever' (I never had to do this to any of the other cars I've ever owned). I also returned the car twice after to rectify the cruise-control as it wasn't engaging at all. The last time I saw the car was the 22nd of December 2015 and I got the car back today, the 22nd of February 2016. Apparently the part needed wasn't locally available and had to be sourced from overseas; shouldn't these parts be kept in a local warehouse, the vehicle is very popular in SA after all. END PART 1

Exceptional service is hard to find from anyone these days, however EXCEPTIONAL is exactly what we received from Cindy at Betterbond Rustenburg. This amazing lady really went above and beyond her duty to secure our bond for our first home. Throughout this application, Cindy always kept us up to date (sometimes even three times a day), and really made us feel like we're part of a big family as the personal touch she added really made us feel relaxed and in capable hands.
