I have logged a query/ complaint regarding an unauthorized debit by capitec from my acc on the 24 dec 2025.. I called immediately on the day and was promised by one of the managers that my money will be returned on the same day. that did not happen!! I then called again on the 31st and spoke to about 15 different consultants who kept dropping the line because they did not know what to do. I have since then requested again my money to be returned, to get process of moving the policy to another bank as i am planning to cancel the capitec acc, also i requested transcripts of all the calls to lay a formal complaint, and to date, I am still waiting . the service received from capitec is really poor and concerning considering that this is the bank we trust with our money and all they could say is they can debit whenever they want since I bank with them., the managers lie and pass the buck to junior staff to deal with already escalated queries.

I called the contact centre and spoke to siphons who transfer me to a **** of a team leader who said my money will be returned on the 24th and she will contact me on the same day. 6 days later m, no call no money returned. I called Capitec again on 30th and spoke to 14 different consultants who kept on putting me on hold and dropping with no call back. Only one consultant called back and and tried to assist with no success. Asked to speak to manager and was transferred to Kim (teamleader) another **** who said she will contact me before cob on 30th and never did. This bank thinks people are stupid actually. I’ll be changing banks and leaving this **** bank nxa
if anyone wants to open a business account i really would not recomment FNB. because of the stress and the inconvinience that I keep experiencing . When they feel like it, they close your business account and then give you the run around to reactivate it. Literally no one is able to give proper answer or solutions. I really regret opening a business accoutn with FNB
I ordered food from KFC Blue Hills, and I specifically requested fopr a side breast and no other chicken piece as I only eat chicken breasts. I received my order with a thigh.. Worst part is , this is the second time this has happend with at the very same KFC (Blue Hills). Why do you ahev to accept the order if ytou know that you will noit be able to provide what I ahve requested and PAYING for?????
The service is amazing, friendly staff, you dont get intimidated by bouncers/security, infact you feel very safe, The waiters/waitress are super friendly and efficient. The food is amazing .keep up the great work

I ordered food last night at 21:00 through Mr D app from Mochachos waterfall in midrand. It was accepted and even now the following day, I’m still waiting for my order and on the app it shows that it is still being prepared by the restaurant. I called Mr d and they tell me I have to wait 5 days before I get my money. This is bull. I want my money. I’ve had it with Mr d and mochachos. There’s always issues. Be careful when thinking of using Mrd as you might not get your food and have to wait 5 days to get your money back
I have ordered food from mochachos grosvenor in Brynaston at 13:43, it was supposed to be delivered, latest by 14:33. It is not 15:04 and I have not received my order. After writing this, I am definitely deleting this app from my phone, , and I want my refund.!!!
its an absolute nightmare to get metrofibre to connect the internet to my house. they always tell you about the fact that they are within SLA, its been now almost 2 weeks that my house is without internet. even technicians does not stick to the agreed appointment times, nor do they notify you that they will come to the house, just to make sure there is someone at the house when they come. if it was not for the fact that I have already paid for the installations etc. I would really change to another provider that takes their clients seriously #MothersDayTreats
we have a business account with FNB which was then handed over as the account balance was negative. FNB demanded us to pay the balance before they can reactivate the account which we did pay and its been now 2 weeks and we are having no luck with activating the account as we keep getting different stories or no assistance t all from FNB. #MothersDayTreats
