So today my ABSA card was going to be delivered at my workplace and when the courier guy arrived , i had my id (the one i used to apply for the card) and my temporary id as i am now a Mrs. The guy requested a marriage certificate and then when i went to the reception to give him. He advised that he is not allowed to use a temp id and i cannot use the id i used to apply for my card. What exactly is the problem?. I am now married and my surname has changed and i only app**** for temporary id as i am waiting for my ID. According to ABSA my temp ID is INVALID.
Good day I app**** for an Absa credit card 2 weeks ago and i was called on the 24.10.2023 and i was advised that i was going to be contacted.I called in to query my application and received no assistance .

I want to recommend GDC to anyone who is over indebted. During covid my spouse lost his job and I could no longer afford to pay for my monthly bills. They did everything for me and the financial stress and burden was reduced greatly.All my creditors have been paid. I am very greatful as I owe ZERO rand. Thank you Leandie and team.
Good day I love Woolies goods, fresh fruits, and superb service until this morning. I have noticed that you have been adding new faces at Woolworths West street Durban central and most of them offered great service I assumed that they were probably from moved from other Woolies. After covid, I noticed that most of the faces that were based in Durban central were now moved to Pavillion mall and Musgrave center. Hence, I thought the new faces were from Woolies. This morning, I went to Woolies to purchase a few things including dishwashing liquids. N Mdluli( as per receipt) puts my dishwashing liquids with my food. I then asked her if she could put dishwashing liquids in the see-through plastic - the manner in which she replied was unnecessary and rude. She just said we do not have them!!!. She was discourteous and that was annoying and unnecessary. She caught me off-guard as I was at Woolies and I was very relaxed. I knew that plastics were there, she simply did not want to help me and I then removed the dishwashing liquids from my bag and carried them to a different counter. The lady asked if I had paid for the dishwashing liquids and she then promptly put my dishwashing liquids in the see-through plastic. I thanked her and left as I was on my tea break. I am now sure that the cashier by N Mdluli is not from Woolies. There are a lot of people who would love to work and grow within Woolies. N Mdluli has no customer service skills. The service at Woolies is always superb. Please train her because her lazy uncaring attitude stinks and is torture to some of us . I would not buy at Woolies CBD if I have to deal with the likes of N Mdluli. Regards
Dear Capitev Good day I applied for Debt review and my Debt counsellor cancelled all my debit orders. I bank with Capitec and have for the past 10 years. All other creditors did not debit and Capitec debited. Why are you the only instutution that debitted my account?.Why must I have to open a Mzansi account to ensure You never repeat this ?. Why must I have to change a bank to avoid money grabbing by my own bank?FDA debitted to pay my creditors and Capitec took the little money I needed for food . Regards N Shabangu

3 Days back i purchased 3 Johnson products from clicks , 2 of which i am familiar with. I then opened the vaseline J and J with a dinosaur picture on the package and i loved the scent. I then wanted to swap a vaseline to the dinosaur one, i unfortunately lost my slip .I thought that all information of products purchased will be easily retrieved and i could swap painlessly at Clicks. To my dismay , i was shocked , drained , disgusted and annoyed by the inappropriateness of the lady by the name of USHAR (manager on duty). The security guard directed to the relevant till and when i arrived there - she did not even look up at me. She was so busy and uninterested in assisting me. She blatantly stated that the things i had purchased had a promotion and i cannot be helped. I was going to be okay with her response had it been respectful, had she looked at me and acknowledge a customer right in front of her. The cashier had to ask her to look and talk to me. I purchase Clicks monthly and the staff on the floor and cashiers have always assisted promptly until today at 10:38 or so. I then left and went to a different Clicks and a receipt was printed to confirm the things i purchased and i was asked to bring all 3 things to be scanned and then i will be assisted. The manager Mr Ngcobo gave me the receipt so that i can be assisted when i return. Kindly train USHAR or replace her with an employee that can comfortably assist customers without being rude. I desperately needed a phone and i called Game stores and they confirmed that a cellphone can be purchased. On my lunch i rushed to Game and i was told to wait as the person who sales phones is on lunch. My lunch was wasted as i had to wait for nothing ; ( . It would really be appreciated by customers like myself if you had at least 2 people responsible for the Cellphone department. Regards N.Thuli
