I have logged a ticket for an unstable fibre connection on the 16th December 2022. Currently we have been sitting without fibre since Friday 6th January 2023. No one has contacted me to resolve the issue and when you phone their help line the people assisting you aren't very helpful
I have bought from them 10 times or more they are hero's help me save my husband's birthday cake, Baked my birthday cake everything is always fresh friendly staff you will not go wrong with them they are excellent "COFFEE (very yummy)" I can just say thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been struggling for 2 weeks now between Accelirit, Vumatel and SADV. All I'm getting is excuses and not a good experience at all
I've been trying now for two weeks to get connected through Accelirit, Vumatel and SADV. The one keeps on blaming the other. Not a good experience at all
I've trying through Accelirit for the past 2weeks to move my fibre line from Cell C to Accelirit without any success. I just get excuses of they are getting errors and don't know how long it will take to get resolved I'm reliant on having a internet connection as I'm working from home.
I'm trying to close my home loan account because there keeps on charging me and they we're supposed to close the account when I settled it it is very inconvenient and I'm going mad because they tell me I can't close it the attorney he's to so I don't understand if it is a zero and the property is not mine why can't they just close it nou I have to pay a monthly fee for a zero account
We've been without Fibre for about 3 weeks now and Cell C is just saying that it is not their fault but SADV. In the meantime they just continue to let the debit orders to go through, without actually delivering any service

<p>I have installed a alarm system through a ADT Dealer 'Macbros Installations', when the sales rep came to my house he made a lot of promisses which did not materialise. After installation of the unit and outside 'Pet friendly' Beams (Which is armed by birds flying past it) I had to drive back home from my holiday destination twice because the alarm kept giving false alarms.</p> <p> </p> <p>The responce that I received from the call center was that I need to make sure that I arm the system properly. I requested to speak to a manager in chanrge but the operator told me it is not possible. I asked for confirmation in writing and I was told that is not possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>I managed to get through to Meegan and she assisted me to get hold of the technician that installed the unit and that he will assist me to solve the problem, his responce was that he is on leave and will not be able to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>ADT wanted me to pay for their technician to attend to the problem as it was not their technician that installed the unit. (Why using ADT Dealerships then?)</p> <p> </p> <p>I need someone to assist me with this matter urgently, as the system was not installed properly and the contract was sold to us under false advertising a service which cannot be delivered. I need to stop this contract with immediate effect and all moneys paid back to my account</p>
I opened a contract at Telkom Gateway and asked about 3 times if I would be able too collect the router at Keywest and their reply was that this will not be a problem at all. When I wanted to collect the router at Telkom Keywest they told me that it doesn't work like that and we must restart the whole process or I must collect the unit at Gateway.
