Herotel Piet Retief unstable internet Internet is mosly down and buffing. Complained several times about this problem Contact them complaining about this problem times on WhatsApp. Have no joy with there cuatomer care or internet.
<p>I have been having a nightmare with Vodacom since the 5th August 2016 . First the customer gets past around like i bucket from one consultant to the next. No one can help the customer and then getting told one lie after the other. Know Vodacom over charge me on fees that the consultant faulty to mention the customer. Vodacom is putting their customer in great finical difficulty due to their mistake. May account has always been around R2500 p/month. I have been trying to cancel a upgrade with them since the 8th August . After many phone calls and time spend on the phone and getting false promises and stories and lies it was only cancelled on the 31st August. The Debit my account with R4543.47. 2 September I called Vodacom again and one again I was getting pasted from one consultant to another. Finally I spoke to a guy Nigel. He said the there was a credit on my account on R1980.31 that came through to late to change the debit order on my account. So i have explained to him that Vodacom has put me in a very bad light with my Bank and credit record. They have force me to go over my limit with the bank and not able to pay other account due to their mistake which would cost me my good credit record and extra banking cost of other debits orders. I said that i would like my money back and he said that would take 7-14 days. He then said that i should reverse the debit and pay R2570 in to Vodacom account and he would sms me the account no. He did not sms me the account no. 5t September I called again to get their banking details the lady said Vodacom does not have a account no I should go online and look for Vodacom PTY LTD and pay it in there. I have found it and pay R2570 in to their account on the 5 September and my upgrade at the store also has arrived but they could not process it due that my account shows now in the rears. I waited till the 6th September and my account it is still not corrected. I phoned Vodacom again and ones again i was passed around from one consultant to another and finally i spoke to a lady that said she can see my payment but the system hasn't updated it and it can take long time. She has changed something and said it would take up to 5 hours to be fixed. Now I'm waiting again. Hopefully it would be all sorted out. Vodacom service has gone so badly they should get tip from Samsung and the Foschini group on how to work and deal with customers. It has been taking so many calls and time with Vodacom customer care line it's like no one knows what they are doing and just passes the customer to the next consultant and customer needs to explain himself every time over, over & over again and needs to get checked over, over & over again. They really need to start looking in to their service and game it up. They don't look professionally!!!!!! Its Chaos in Vodacom!!!</p>
<p>Tank you so much to Samsung that has given me the best service i have ever found in SA. There are so many companies that could learn from Samsung. I had a problem with my new TV and the have gone out of there way to look after there customer that is staying so far out of there way. What Business quote you and take your money and you battle to get hold of them and dont return your calls and reply back on your emails and then robs you of your time your add that you paid for? Paid R283.26 on 26.02.2016 to place an add in The Landou Weekblad for a week. Tried calling & emailing Rina since 29.02.2016 to fined out if they have recieved the payment and when the add will be placed. I leaved messages and emails and no reply from her. Finally on the 07.03.2016 i got through to speak to her after i have been cut of many times and been put through to voice mails. She said my add was schuled for the 11.03.2016. I recieved my firts call on the 10.03.2016 which is fine. I checked online & found my add pasted twice on the same page online. I found my add removed on the 14.03.2016 were is was surposed to be on for 7 days and only on for 4days. I quired it with Rina and she said she would fined out and come back to me. Till to day 29.03.2016 i still have not heared anything from her. I emailed and called and leaved messages and no reply from them.
For the last 2months i have Been having problem with making calls to other cell phones. Will Dial the No. then it will cut off or say the no does not Exites. Some times i need to Daile the no 3- 4 time before i get through to the no. People will try and call me and the calls me and the calls will not come through. Ill also call customers and it will ring by me but not by them.
I 27/09/2015 i have bought some PNP No Name Baked Beans In Tomato Sauce. There was a special for them for R5,90 i have taken 12. I have gone to pay for my goods they scanned it and charged me R7,49. I have quired it and the manager came and said sorry the one guy made a mistake and cannot give it to me on the special price. I checked my slip now and found that they have charged me for 13 cans and not 12. This is not the first or the second time this has happened. Last time we seen a special on ice cream we rang that up and the price is wrong at the till. It was not the specials price. The other time we bought a multi plug adaptors and the price on the was not the same as on the till. How many people go and do shopping and every time the pricing is not right on the shelf's and when you go to the tills the pricing is different. It has been an ongoing problem with this branch. How many people has been rip off like that and did not checked the pricing or left it due to not keeping the line up by the tills. How and why should people always check there full trolleys that they don't get extra charged at the tills. Service is terrible. Maybe we all should start shopping at SPAR!
There is no DSTV agency in Piet Retief and Closes one is Ermelo 100km away. The reseller said that they do not send any out of warranty decoders to Ermelo any more. The customer need to go their them self now. DSTV does not give their remote customers any service any more. Pensioners do not have cars to drive to Ermelo. Where is the service from DSTV for their remote customers that don't have an agency in there town? I have phone DSTV and all the lady could say she is sorry and that the decoder of my aunt needs to go to Ermelo. DSTV used to send out of warranty decoders from their resellers here to Ermelo for repairs. Why did they stop that service and now making it difficult for their customers to repair their decoder?
