Ordered from Makro. Makro organsied delivery on the day of order. Collection from Wumdrop occured on day of delivery. 3 days later my order is sent back to Makro as "I wasnt available". No phone calls from them. No attempt to get my attention. Nothing. When I ask for a status via their website chat, I am told "Its sent back to store" and chat closed without any option to talk.
Contact Riaan from Fibre Link if your line gets damaged, needs to be replaced or moved. Plumber took out my home fibre line. Contacted our ISP (Cybersmart) who promptly put a ticket onto Vumatel to repair. I'm still waiting for Vumatel to call me back. Contacted Riaan in the morning and in the afternoon he spliced a new line and tested. Same day service to help internet based businesses.

Unqualified, unskilled staff who can't diagnose problems, guess their way though everything, can't keep to appointment times, charge R2,200 for a R250 battery replacement. STAY AWAY from Autogate!
PCLinkShop.co.za promise delivery times and then don't deliver. NEVER respond to email updates? No communications!
As an IT retailer, these guys are untouchable. In the past 12 months I have procured 4 laptops, server, monitors, hard drives, memory, etc. Typical transaction takes about 10 minutes to conclude including 1. Check for products on their website (and sister site www.pcexpress.co.za). Full specs are listed perfectly. 2. Send an email to confirm stock 3. Receive a sales order (within 2 minutes of asking). Always in stock and the price is as quoted. 4. Pay via EFT. 5. Receive confirmation of dispatched goods ready for collection. Collection is done in 5 minutes from me walking in the door. Shop does look a little haphazard, but service is untouchable. All credit to Eugene.
Wow these guys are good!!! A week ago I placed an order. Easy to use website, ordering products, account management. Worried about doing an EFT but took the chance (with other companies there is often a disconnect between reconciling bank deposits and the order). The order was confirmed within an hour and a waybill number was sent. I received the package the next day! Great. Lucky order. Two days ago, I placed a second order. Yesterday received the package. Absolutely hassle and worry free! Great job guys. Wish all companies operated like this.
Ordered based on "in stock" and "same day collection" note: 4 days later and I am still waiting. If you don't ask for an update, no update is sent.
No correspondence or feedback on your orders (order ********** 30). No ETC...no emails returned. No valid responses. I think these guys are import proxies...
