After having bought the chocolate croissants and croissants a number of times before, I bought a pack of each in Somerset West. However this time they did not rise under the wet cloth after 7 hours and when I baked them they still came out tiny and stodgy and unedible. I emailed Deeghuys head office with no response. I then went to the Deeghuys branch where I bought them, being Somerset West, giving them the leftover frozen ones, plus a baked one. The one lady was friendly and checked the batch numbers and said they were from the same batch so perhaps an ingredient had been left out. The other woman interrupted and told me they do not accept returns as they are foodstuffs. At that time I had not even discussed a refund with them, I was telling them what the problem was. So we can buy the biggest rubbish from them and they won't give a refund. I said I just want it looked into as I like the product but will not buy it again until it is sorted out. They took my details and promised to get back to me. I expected a refund after they had looked into it but the very least I expected was a courtesy call after having spent money on items that are absolutely useless, plus my time and money and effort to report it to them. Its been a number of weeks. Its not like I bought it buy mistake and tried to return it - the product was useless and they could see this and they have continued to sell it without even getting back to me. I am really annoyed that after losing money due to their faulty product, they could not even phone or email me to explain what happened.
One star is too much. He was 2 and a half hours late for a booking that we made a month before. It was the first appointment for the day. I paid an enormous amount for his services after his quote, but he kept adding more stuff that I had to have. There were issues so I asked him to come back. Again an hour late first thing in the morning. He then was going to buy some things and never came back despite me phoning him to find out what was happening. He charged a premium and once he had my money he didn't complete the job. Unreliable and unethical and the job was not even done well. Worst decision I ever made was to use his services.
Chevanne's service is always quick and informative! So happy I chose Dotsure!
The driver had no GPS as he was making deliveries with a flat battery on his cell phone. So he took 15 minutes longer as he was aimlessly trying to find my house. When the delivery arrived it was ice cold and I said i do not accept it. He dishonestly marked it as delivered (along with his tip). I reported it immediately to the person on line and she/he said I must email a different address which I did. They reply today and tell me I should have accepted the order and tried to get a refund after. We all know that they would have said that i cannot get a refund as I accepted the order. I have never come across anything so ridiculous.
I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived and were too big. According to their website, exchanges can easily be done. Over the past 5 days I have emailed 3 times as well as been in touch on Facebook and Whatsapp. The emails have not been replied to at all and I get initial responses saying they are looking into it on Facebook and Whatsapp and then they disappear. I even emailed the very person who responds to the Hello Peter complaints as I did not want to go this route, but he has not replied to me either. So now sit with a pair of shoes I cannot wear and the easy exchange policy which was one thing that made me buy the shoes on line, was really not that at all and I do believe I have been ripped off. They have had many chances to get back to me but have not so I can only assume this. I do however not give up so this will not be the end of it.

Two weeks in advance, I booked with PT air conditioning in Durbanville, Cape Town to have my 3 air con units serviced. I had the first booking for the day, being at 09h00 and I had my next appointment set for 11h00, giving it 2 hours. At 09h25 I called them and was told the technicians had just come out of a meeting and were on there way. It is a 10 minute drive to my house. 45 minutes later, at 10h10 I called again and was told they are on the way. I then told the receptionist to cancel. Being the first booking for the day there was no reason to be late and I also did not appreciate the brushoff that they were in a meeting. They could have just picked up the phone and told me. The worst however was that I sms'd the owner, Piet Theron and asked him for his email address as I wanted to give him feedback on what happened. He did not bother to respond and its already 5 days. I live in a complex in Durbanville and have referred a number of people to them as they were good until now. That is the last of it, especially when the owner of a company feels his customers are not worth holding onto. Goodbye to them.

Somehow I am not surprized to see that the Istore does not respond to complaints! Their after sales service is on the same level. .... They dont have a repair centre so when I dropped my phone six months ago they sent me to iFix to replace my screen which my insurance paid for. Not a word about what will happen if i ever have problems with the functioning of the phone..... Now I have major issues with not being able to do alot of functions (not related to the screen replacement). They refuse to even look at the phone because i had the screen replaced by someone besides Apple, although Apple are not able to replace screens. I asked the guy if he really thinks that makes any sense. According to them if something goes wrong with a phone they just give you a new one and they are not able to do any repairs at all. So why not tell me that in the first place and I would then perhaps have lived with the cracked screen rather than risk having a phone that doesnt work. Instead, not a word about this and the reason I had it fixed elsewhere is because amazingly they dont offer such a service! Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.

To cut a very long story short, after purchasing a netbook at the full retail price of ZAR 3,999.00 1 month prior, there was a problem with the charging mechanism, I feel it is the supplier's problem but of course they said I damaged it. My issue however is that they are trying to charge me ZAR 5,500.00 to repair the computer which I had bought 1 month prior for ZAR 3,999.00!. What a rip off. Their website gives an email address for complaints - no response. I phoned and left a message - no response. 24 Hours later I escalated to the manager - no response. Another 24 hours later I escalated to the CEO - no response. So after almost a month sitting with Incredible Connection I still don't have my brand new computer back and if I want it repaired I have to dish out ZAR 5,500.00. The branch manager that I took it to is going to try get a second quote on the repair but its insane that they are even trying to charge me for the repair, let alone trying to totally rip me off. After a week of trying to get replies, I am now fed up. I see this company responds to Hello Peter complaints but this will likely be ignored too.
