I purchased a vehicle cash by Auto Saphire, its a month and a half later and they are refusing to sent my E natis papers so can register the car in my name, even though i purchased the vehicle cash, they simply don't care. Please do your homework before buying a vehicle from these people are Fraudsters there is some scam going on.

<p>I enquired on thelibert website last week about reciebing my policy schedule. A lady called me confirmed my details and said she was gonna email me a copy of the document. I called a few min ago to enquire as to where the email is just to hear that I am not the Policy Holder! Really??? Really?? So who's policy am i paying every month?</p>

I asked Standard Bank to please courier the papers as it was settled in full and would like to register the correct owner as it's no longer Stannic. At first a rude consultant Thabo refused to assist as we could not remember what our debit order date was 10 years ago. <br />So after a week of emails i finally got a lady that said the following:<br />It is my pleasure to forward your request for original NATIS documents to the NATIS Department for assistance.We apologise for the delayed response to your e-mail.Our NATIS Department will assist with sending the documents via courier to the address that you have provided, as I have forwarded the enquiry to them. The expected turnaround time for the request to be processed is five to seven business days.
