Never buy from Zara online. Made a purchase, told it would be in store on 1/11/2024. Went to Sandton 2/11/2024 only to be told I must wait for an email to confirm the items were ready to be collect d. Never received an email. Went to store to try my luck and the order was ready 8/11/2024. I Will never purchase from Zara online again
The worst logistics company on the planet. Paid duty for a package using their link…5 days later, I’m still sending proof of payments. Shei package won’t be released because on their system, the payments hasn’t been made.

I've been with Dogsure for the over a year now and their service is beyond impeccable!! I have a French Bulldog and have unfortunately had many claims over the past 2 months due to vet visits and hospitalisation. Dogsure has paid out promptly everytime, within a week. I am so happy I joined them and highly, highly recommend their services. Aisha who I have been dealing with has been so efficient. I wish more companies operated in this manner. Thank you Dogsure!!!
They don't even deserve 1 Star. Parcel sent fro JHB to PE (Monday). Parcel arrived in PE on Wed, for delivery on Thursday. Spoke to them today and they were in the are to deliver. It's now Friday evening ...and no sign of the parcel. The package contained a gift for my Gran who Is turning 99 on Sunday. Guess she won't be celebrating with gifs. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. Courier Guy all the way
