If I could I would give this place a zero star rating! Don't even know where to start, horrible service, arrogant doctors and a non existing finance department. Stay as far away from this place as possible!
I'm impressed with Vumatel's service, another provider cut the main fibre cable to our complex and houses around and they came out yesterday (08/11/2023) and came back today (08/11/2023) to fix the problem, the guys working around the clock to resolve the issues. Well done guys! I have names as well and would like to share credit to them as well, don't want to mention it publicly, if there is another way to share that details.

If I read through the comments it confirms my experience and it's a definitionally NO from me as well. I disputed a query on my account that I haven't approved and I have to send every single details I have, like 6 different examples of my signature, are you serious? I'm pretty sure my ID and address should be sufficient, you have all my details anyway.

What is the point of paying for an item over three payments if your "limit" is lower than the actual amount and still need to pay 80% of the total amount. And then I queried this, I got a long story of what I need to do to get my "limit" which is ridiculous. So needless to say, told them to cancel my account.
Hi, I've been struggling with this for more than a year now, I've spoken to numerous people, sent numerous emails and now I'm starting to complaining.
