This is not a real company. They were formally Laser Lipo Global and opened in 5 different locations *****ing clients money and then closing down. Do not support these people, they are ********s!
I received a phone call from MTN (green tick verified by Truecaller) to say that my current data contract had expired and I can choose to upgrade or keep it the same on a month to month package. I opted to upgrade to a Mega L deal for R499 pm. I went in to MTN store at La Lucia mall to make sure everything was ok because I received a suspicious request from MTN to debit me R20000 on the first of every month. The guy in store says yes everything is fine youve been upgraded to a Mega M package but I don't know why you're loaded for a debit order of R499 when that package costs R315 a month and even if you were on a Mega L that package only cost R419 pm. Obviously upset I told him to put me on the mega L I had agreed to and make my debit order R419. His response was we can do that but I'm going to charge you a once off fee of R480. I have never been more confused. How can a MTN lie/****** up result in me paying R480 to fix? He laughed and said I can't help you, we can't change or see what the online guys do. Absolute insanity.
3rd time in a row that the new Kwadukuza mall store has special pricing on the shelf that isn't honored at the till. 3 of the 6 items I bought were incorrect. The last 2 times the exact same thing has happened. Be careful at this store and always check your slips. Thieves.
Where to start? I went to the dealership on Saturday morning and asked if they had any 2019 Fiesta demos available in automatic. I was shown a vehicle and told it was the last one and asked if I'd like to go for a test drive to which my response (word for word) was, "before I drive it I'd like to know the price so I don't love the car but can't afford it". We went to the office and I was given the price of R240000. I agreed it was in my price range and we went for a drive. Afterwards I wanted the vehicle and paid R500 as a small "holding deposit" so that it couldn't be sold while my finance was approved and my insurance payout reflected in my account. Once the money was reflecting in my account on Monday I emailed to ask for the bank details so we could proceed to which their response was to let me know that they had made and error and the actual price of the car is R272000 - if I had been told this initially I would have left and continued to look for another car, as I'm a rep and not having a car is effecting my livelihood and I'm desperate to get a car since mine was written off. I still haven't received a single phone call, only emails hours apart. To add to the misery apparently the car I drove, paid a deposit for AND had finance approved for is not R272000 but it has apparently already been sold. A comedy of errors and misinformation that I'm still trying to comprehend.
These guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with, highly recommended. Had issues with my new Gopro and Omnico sorted it out pain free.
After entering a traffic circle illigally and aggressively we hooted at the driver of a black, Dryver branded vehicle who then followed us and at every traffic light pulled along side us to threaten us while he had passengers in the vehicle that were very clearly distressed. This took place in Umhlanga 30th July before 7am heading down Lighthouse Dr. The cars behind us were even attempting to help by blocking the young man from cutting in and out of traffic just so he could pull along side us to shout and swear.
I haven't used my Edgar's account in years and then the first time I do I get unlawfully signed up for something that is reflecting on my account as "SMS Air subscription" for R49 a month as well as "Airtime/data subscription" for R78 a month?! What are you doing!? I have MORE than paid for the purchase that I made at CNA La Lucia mall on the 24th Dec 2018 of R799 and I will not pay you thieves another single cent. You now owe me money as these are the payments I have made against my R799 purchase: 14.01.19 - R350 08.02.19 - R300 08.03.19 - R200 07.05.19 - R270 Total - R1120

Dealing with Sportsmans warehouse in store, online and on email has been an absolute nightmare and one lie after another.

It started when a friend noticed Speedo Triathlon Wesuits advertised on SW website. So we went in store (Gateway) to pick one up each. We were both told by sales assistants that "stock is on it's way, leave your details and we'll call you when it arrives". We visited the store, between us, probably 6 times and got the same response every time, even from the store manager.

After growing tired of waiting I contacted SW via the website and enquired about the wetsuits only to find out that no Durban stores will be recieving stock and they only keep stock at Tiger Valley and one other store. So the people and manager at Durban store were giving us their go-to response regarding the item without ever looking into it just to brush us aside and move on.

I emailed back requesting sizing guides and more info and the assistance I got initially got was really good. However once I tried to then order the wetsuit online it said "Out of stock". Why is something on the website if you 1. Cant get it in store and 2. Can't even by it on the very website that it's advertised on?

I emailed again and was then called and asked a couple questions and then assured me that 1 wetsuit would be on the truck with the next Speedo delivery and I should hear from Gateway store in the next few days.

That was 2 weeks ago and since then have had 3 follow up emails completely ignored. I went in store again and again spoke to the store manager, Lee. He seemed irritated that we keep stopping in to buy stock from them and gave me the same story - "we'll call you".

I have grown tired of begging them to sell me something. Why is the customer calling, emailing and stopping in store multiple times to give them business?

If the wetsuit is not available then take it off your website and stop telling customers that "stock is on it's way".

Been an extremely frustrating experiance and don't see why we must beg to give them business.
