Bought a camera with a unique power supply that dont work and reported via email and telephone but still no resolution. I cannot buy this power supply separate which means I would have to buy another camera.
Bought R500 pre paid electricity via online banking but was only credited with R200 voucher.
Unisa cancelled the first year study units I obtained exception on previously and that I could not register for as they noted I have a credit for equivalent study units but now want me to retake these same study units, in order to complete my second degree. Sorry but your system is not functioning the way it should.
Fnb to Fnb payment delay Already waiting 13 hours for a payment from Fnb to Fnb and no assistance can be provided, they just claim nothing is wrong on their side.
Be careful Sanlam advertises their Gap cover with a 3 month waiting period hence I made the decicion to go with them. I had nothing to hide on consultation I decleared my all previous condition, however as these things happen, early this year I had to undergo an unplanned procedure to aviod permanently nerves damage, now 6 months after comencement date my claim was rejected because of an apparent 12 month special condition waiting period I was not made aware of as I asked the consultant how long was the waiting period for this policy and it was confirmed 3 months. This leaves me with an easy decicion I am stopping my policy with immediate affect.
Total customer service failure.

I recently requested a new card to be send to a branch in pretoria, I then received a sms that my card is at a Jhb branch ready for collection. After speaking to the consultant they want to charge me a card replacement fee for their mistake. Fedup with Standardbank as this is the second time this has happened in two years time.
18 months after I was rear ended, an accident I wasn't at fault and didn't cause. Paid alot of money for the excess of the repairs, was told I’ll get the money back but still not a word about the refunded as was promised. Feedback has dried up and so has my patience.
