<p>I cannot send emails to accounts on my same domain. Due to the fact that Afrihost had put some SPF rules because my email addresses with them were getting ****fed and spammed 100 times a day. Whenever you lay a complaint they tell you to email them and when you email them they don't seem to get back to you. It's an ongoing circle and now my emails are so unreliable and they expect us to run businesses off their services. I am looking to cancel but it seems impossible for afrihost people to be competent at their job. We compaints of government services yet they seem worst than any other organisation I have dealt with. My domain is bostonsecurity.co.za </p>
<p>I find it amazing that I drove 60kms to Midrand to leave my phone at the HVRC for repairs because apparently it would be the fastest way to deal with MTN. It has been 2 weeks and I have had no feedback. I have sent emails and the phone just rings. I really am starting to think that this special department who does not care is based on Mars because we cannot speak to them and they dont care of us. </p>
I would just like to bring to attention the great service received from Justice. Made our visit very simple and pleasant. I would always want to deal with him
For the past 3 months, I have struggled with Absa, F.N.B and Nedbank just to get a business account open. I have no idea why I did not just try Standard Bank at the start and get it done same time, the above 3 banks proved absolutely pathetic at their service and understanding basic client needs, I phoned Standard bank and expected the same service as the others, but I was completely satisfied and had an account open within 1 day from phoning them due to the great work of Miriam Ebrahim. From the first call to the point where I left the bank I was completely happy and actually felt wanted by a bank. She made sure to explain everything to us and made sure we were completely sorted when leaving the bank. I hope Standard Bank makes her the branch manager so she can teach the banking sector how it needs to be ran
The whole business banking department of FNB has no idea of what they are doing. I have struggled to open a business account for more than 2 months with them, each time I get a response asking me for my documents, I have sent it all through to them more than four times now, they still seem to be asking me for it. I have spoken to numerous hopeless agents who always say they will look at it and escalate it and still the same issue. Dont worry about solving it now. I will just go to another bank
