My parcel from Temu made it all the way from China to SA in a week, but has been with GFS Express for a month now. I have contacted the 4 times already, they keep making promises, but never deliver. Eventually Temu refunded me (although I lost over R400 import tax), so ordered the stuff same again and again it is with GFS express. Sadly I will no longer be ordering from Temu.
The correct parts arrived in prompt time. What more could I ask.
Also known as Insane workshop. Flavio and his team did some work on my car about 2 years ago, and has never been an issue since. The reason why I bring this up is that I need something else attended to now- and so will go back to them. Do good work- you get my business again. Simple.
I have had my Terratac x14 multiple for several months now. When initially ordered- I had no issues with communication with Terratac, and I was impressed that my tool arrived very promptly. When I received my tool, I was initially very impressed with it. Although I own a Leatherman Wave, the big scissors, spring-loaded opening pliers, and *****driver bit set (which do not use proprietary bits like the Leatherman) in the Terratac are a definitive plus, and I must say superior to the Leatherman. I have been carrying it around now in my bag since purchasing, and so far it has lived up to expectations, so my initial impressions have borne out. My only regret is that shortly after I purchased my tool, the Terratac X14 MKII was released in stainless finish. If that had been available at the time, I would have rather got that. But even so- I am more than happy with my tool.
Great price. Fantastic service with constant communication via whatsapp of order process, with a delivery message the morning of delivery as well as a call 30 min before deliver to make sure we were there. Items arrived in good order. Very happy customer- will use this company again for sure.
I have been a Cell C prepaid data customer for at least 2 years now- and have been very happy with their service. However, about 3 weeks ago my LTE connection's speed dropped from average 20mb/s, to 0.5mb/s with it only being back up to speed in the mornings when I wake up until about 7am, when it begins to be slow again. Despite numerous calls, reports, reference numbers, and lots of promises, nothing has improved. Fortunately there are other providers. Sorry Cell C- you would have had me as a loyal customer if you just had a smidgen of customer support.
About two days ago, early Feb 2016, Telkom mobile network was down for the morning. Now I have two 3g modems, one for a laptop, and one for a desktop. When the network came up again, one of the modems was not working. After some investigation, I found that one sim card would work in both devices, while the other would not work in either. Ok, so sim card has died. So off I go to the local Telkom shop (which by the way is 30km from home, I live on a plot, round trip of 60km and an hour of my time). They do a sim swap for me, and I get home with my new sim card. Put it in the device, but still not working, put it in the other device, also not working, but the old sim that was working all along is still fine in both. So I phone customer care to see if they can help, give them the new sim's ICCID number, and it turns out the sim was not RICA'ed. So what now- they say I need to go back to the Telkom shop and get the sim card RICA'ed. Now I ask, who is going to pay for my time, petrol, and wear on my vehicle as I have to drive up and down for Telkom's failure to do things correctly. Will be changing over to a different, cheaper network next recharge
