I had a problem with my MX6 which I think was caused by the co**** filter sand. I took it back to Builders - where I bought it - and was super impressed with the service I received from Dewald. Thank you for your professional service.
I must say that historically I have always had great service from Builders but unfortunately cannot say the same for my recent experience. My Zodiac pool cleaner which is still under warranty is playing up and needed to be fixed. I dropped it off at the Platinum Drive branch and collected a few days later. The product is still not working properly so I had to go back to the store. I gave the store all the information pertaining to the product as well as Zodiac’s Upliftment form indicating that they had attached the proof of payment. Trying to get the situation with Walter and Ntombizandile resolved at the store has become a nightmare as they never respond to emails or phone calls. If this is how Builders now does business it might be time to reassess. Could Head Office kindly get involved.
The wait is a bit tedious especially if you’re one of the last with a ticket but once inside it is a different story. The lady in Photo Booth 1 was so switched on and professional as was the gentleman on counter 4 - was in and out in a flash. So good to see such a professional government department
Like everyone else - dealing with Easy is anything but. The staff employed on the Help desk and Transfers are really bad and struggle to understand basic concepts. I think if you can avoid interaction with staff then it will be okay but otherwise dealing with them is a nightmare.
The LTE offering is really poor - always buffering. Think carefully about buying this product
For a company which is definitely ahead of the pack regarding its food offering I am shocked at how bad the carbonated drinks are. We bought a case of soda cans - I think it’s fair to say that 18 of the 24 were flat. Come on Woolies - this is not the quality that you are synonymous for .
I bought some loungers from Cielo and after 2 months it became apparent that they had been made from two different material batches. I called Natasha and she sorted out the replacement so smoothly,quickly and professionally. Well done and thank you
I returned an expensive pair of shoes and have been chasing them for a refund for over a month. I have sent over 100 emails and received no response. Rather buy in store than online - too much hassle!
I bought a Microsoft product from them on Monday- to be told I would receive the product code on Tuesday. To date nothing has happened despite numerous emails and any attempt to phone is met with an automated message. Would recommend one is careful if buying from this company
I have just returned from a 10 day holiday and my internet has collapsed completely . Tried calling the helpline and been to the store but no help forthcoming
