The wait is a bit tedious especially if you’re one of the last with a ticket but once inside it is a different story. The lady in Photo Booth 1 was so switched on and professional as was the gentleman on counter 4 - was in and out in a flash. So good to see such a professional government department
Like everyone else - dealing with Easy is anything but. The staff employed on the Help desk and Transfers are really bad and struggle to understand basic concepts. I think if you can avoid interaction with staff then it will be okay but otherwise dealing with them is a nightmare.
The LTE offering is really poor - always buffering. Think carefully about buying this product
For a company which is definitely ahead of the pack regarding its food offering I am shocked at how bad the carbonated drinks are. We bought a case of soda cans - I think it’s fair to say that 18 of the 24 were flat. Come on Woolies - this is not the quality that you are synonymous for .
I bought some loungers from Cielo and after 2 months it became apparent that they had been made from two different material batches. I called Natasha and she sorted out the replacement so smoothly,quickly and professionally. Well done and thank you
I returned an expensive pair of shoes and have been chasing them for a refund for over a month. I have sent over 100 emails and received no response. Rather buy in store than online - too much hassle!
I bought a Microsoft product from them on Monday- to be told I would receive the product code on Tuesday. To date nothing has happened despite numerous emails and any attempt to phone is met with an automated message. Would recommend one is careful if buying from this company
I have just returned from a 10 day holiday and my internet has collapsed completely . Tried calling the helpline and been to the store but no help forthcoming
We bought a fire pit and it gave a few problems so I called Stingray and they were brilliant - sent Sean out who quickly sorted our problem out. Very impressed
We commissioned Vine Interiors to build three units - an integrated bedroom unit,tv unit and mirror cupboard. After reiterating frequently that we were in good hands by Rene we stupidly took our eye off the ball and allowed her to take charge. What a disaster . She never drew a plan for any of the items so her carpenters really just did their best. I think almost every item had to either be redone or modified- it was a complete shambles. The worst part was that they set up factory in our apartment for 3 weeks. Almost all the other companies draw plans,measure up and really take very little time to install. Not so with Vine and Rene - we had to endure a 3 week nightmare. The people were really nice but the unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience and because they never agreed anything up front (no plans) - everything was always vague and there were numerous conflicts at the end of the contract with Vine claiming inflated variation orders.
