I paid for my order for this business in October 2023. They have a policy for deliveries which is 6-8 weeks. Till this day I haven’t received my order. I have then opted for a refund, which was promised to be processed on 14 February 2024, I still haven't received it. I went to the showroom of this business and it doesn’t exist. I just want to warn others to not make the same mistake
Bought a console table 3 months ago (October 2023) and now it’s February 2024 and I still haven’t received my order. There’s been zero communication from the company and worse, I’ve been trying to reach out but they’re ignoring me. Please beware!!!
Swiss Stone Mason company in Durban is using people. DON'T EVER make the mistake of buying a tombstone there. My mother purchased a tombstone last year, which comes with a 2-year guarantee. The tombstone is now damaged and they're refusing to fix it without any valid reason. First of all, the quality of their tombstones has deteriorated, and worse they don't want to be accountable. DON'T buy a tombstone at SWISS STONE MASON, you will be making a big mistake!
I had a policy with Netstar for my vehicle. After selling the vehicle, I informed them that I no longer owned the vehicle and therefore want to cancel my policy. I phoned and emailed 4 times since May 2017 but they didn't respond or process my cancellation and they kept debiting the money from my account. Eventually, last month I got hold of some Jeremiah who told me I needed to pay a cancellation/settlement fee, which I was happy to do but till today I am waiting for that letter which he promised email. The annoying thing now is that I am getting SMS's about them taking me to debt collectors as if I ever refused to pay!!!

Nevermind the fact that I have never received any "loyal customer goodies" like the people from other network providers, I have recently been disappointed in the service I receive.</p> <p>I got married 3 years ago, and since then I have been trying to change my surname with Vodacom so that my married surname appears on my billing statements. I have failed on 6 occasions, since 2014 through customer care line AND on email ********** which I was asked to send my documents to. After speaking to an agent on the phone I am told "your details will reflect on the next billing, mam" It's been 3 years now!</p> <p>Secondly, I requested that I no longer receive my billing statements via post but to my email address. This also hasn't been effected. It was June 2016 when I made this request. It's been a year now and I am still receiving my billing statement via post.</p> <p>Thirdly, after giving up on trying to change to email, I moved house and informed Vodacom to change my postal address early this year. Again, I was told "your details will reflect on the next billing, mam". I still haven't received any billing statement to my new address.</p> <p>Now I have run out of avenues to change my personal details and I am beyond frustrated now. To make things worse, I took a contract last year for my son with MTN and surprisingly they were able to change my address within minutes. So I can't say its a network service providers issue.</p> <p>Please help, I just want to change my details!</p> <p> </p>

<p>My sister has been using and paying the services of this so called Western Cape based company called New Era Trustess for legal advise. The lawyers have bee handling her case (D553/14) for almost six months now but NO feedback, NO way forward, No L&D account, nothing! Just promises from the lawyer saying "they are working on it" it's been 6 MONTHS. She was sequestrated since June 2015 and to date her L&D hasn't bbe sent to SARS. The service is shocking and I want to advise anyone thinking of using their services to be EXTRA careful!!!</p>
<p>I rented a car with Hertz King Shaka Airport more than two weeks ago. Seven days after I had returned the car, I was told my money would be refunded the following day. Then afterI was told the money has been released by their bank (standard bank) and would take an additional 24-48 hours to clear in my FNB account. It's been a week already and it still hasn't cleared in my account. Every time I phone, the manager tells me "oh it hasn't cleared? Let me call the bank and I will call you back shortly" and she NEVER calls me back at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm really disappointed as I held the company in high regard, and have often referred people to use it. Never again!</p>
On 1 April 2014 I complained about a fraudulent MTN account that was created with my ID number and money was debited from my ABSA account. ABSA did reverse the debit order and blocked this MTN reference as a debit order. Mind you, I have NEVER opened a MTN contract or even use MTN as a service provider - for anything. <br> <br> Fast forward to today, I am trying to purchase a car and to my surprise I apparently owe MTN R11 000 and they have since put me on credit bureau. I went to MTN in Durban, they can't help me. I phoned the call centre they also can't help me. <br> <br> I am beyond furious at the level of incompetence as to how MTN allowed such a fraudulent activity to take place. Over and above that, no one is able to assist me. <br> <br> I need to clear my name asap. And I need someone to assist me from MTN!
I've been calling the South African Nursing Council for the third time now to follow up on the annual receipt I paid for last year but I haven't received a copy. <br> <br> So I phoned the SANC call centre to follow up as this is needed urgently by my employer at Nkosi Albert Hospital. The call centre agent by the name of Mnezi was a rude as can be. He couldn't help me and instead spoke to me in a patronising tone, pointing out that I should \know that they post 10 000 certificates everyday and there's nothing special about mine that will make the process quicker\"<br> <br> I thought he was having a bad day so i left it. I phoned again last week, and to my luck, it was Mnezi, AGAIN! This time he didn't have any time for me what so ever. <br> <br> This morning, I phoned again to ask for a tracking number at least so i can track it myself at the post office. He told me there's no tracking number i must wait like everyone else!<br> <br> I'm shocked that someone with this kind of attitude is placed to work with people. SANC should deal with this issue. Can they at least respect us by hiring people who respect us. I'm very old to be dealing with a junior who patronises and disrespects me like this"
